A comfortable silence filled the car as Bella stared out of the window, trying to take in the beautiful scenery of Charleston. Rudy looked over to the girl and began to smile to himself, taking this as an opportunity to really try and take in her beauty. Her hair fell just right down her shoulders, with her fringe covering her face and slightly covering her left eye. Her eyes sparkled when she saw the sun setting, the pink and yellow tones blending together to create the perfect scene. Rudy made a quick turn up the hill, driving towards the pull over point at the top of the large hill. Pulling up to the car park, Bella turned her head to him.
"Why did you pull over?" She asked, tucking her hair behind her ear.
"Well, i thought i'd give you a better view of the city from up here" He smiled as Bella gave him a cheesy grin. The girl wasted no time, taking her belt off and pushing the door open quickly. Rudy jumped out of the car quickly, joining the short girl at her side. She smiled when she felt his arm graze hers, and decided she would make the first move.
Bella grabbed Rudy's hand, catching the man off guard. She lifted his arm and dropped it on to her shoulders, not letting go of his hand. Rudy smiled, moving to stand behind her and pulling her close against him. Bella relaxed into him, not taking her eyes off the sunset in front of the two. The girl pulled out her phone, and snapped a picture of the sunset, before flipping the camera around and taking a picture of the blonde's arm around her. He smiled, pressing his lips to the side of her head.
The girl spun around, looking up at the blonde man. She locked eyes with him, and smiled, taking him in. His blue eyes were illuminated in the light, ocean-strong swimming with warm sunlight currents. His eyes flickered from her lips and back to her own eyes.
"I like you, Bella" Rudy whispered as he cupped her face with his large hands, gently stroking her cheek with his thumb.
"I like you too, Rudy" Bella smiled, looking straight into his eyes. She stood on her tiptoes, and began to lean in just as he did. Connecting their lips, butterflies swarmed in the pit of Bella's stomach, as her heart beat almost out of her chest. Rudy pulled away, looking into her eyes and stroking her cheek again.
"You have no idea how fucking long I wanted to do that" Rudy spoke with a chuckle, his voice barely audible.
"Trust me, I do" Bella replied, before connecting their lips again. This kiss was more passionate than the last as Bella stood taller and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him as close as she possibly could. Bella pulled away slowly, not removing her hands from around his neck.
"Would you go on a date with me, sunshine?" he smiled, kissing her forehead.
"I'll have to check my schedule" She joked as Rudy let go of her, gently pushing her away.
