In a few months I will be an adult
People will assume I will know what to and not to do over night
Men will look at me in weird ways after telling them my age
My family will expect me to do everything right and if I do one wrong I will be shunned
But I'm still just a kid
Its in the name eight-TEEN
I am not an adult
Im still learning
But I will soon be 18
And that is scary but I am ready
