The First "Date"

"OhTara he's not..."
"I'm not about to drop in on your time together" Adian cut me off and in return I turn and give me the what the h*ll look. And he just smiles.

"Oh nonsense. I want to get to know the boy that my little Alice is dating. And I want to hear how you meet." As she says all of this she comes up and puts her arms around both Adian and myself. I don't know what to do or say. All I know is that my face is so hot.

"Okay I'll come. As long as its okaay with Alice." Adian says looking at me with a huge smile on his face.

"Okaay then let's go. Any place you guys wanna go?"

"Tara you've been here longer then I have. So you pick."

"Actually I have a place we could go. It's in Barrie thought. I don't know if you wanna drive all the wayt here." Adian speaks up.

I look stund Adian looks at me like what?

"Umm its nothing." I say as my ex comes walking through the door.

All I can think is what the hell is he doing here. I mean last time I check his parents weren't in the military. Soo I seriously don't know why he's here.
"Umm I'll be right back I have to go to the washroom."

As I walk away I walk straight to my ex.

"Jeremy! Hi" I say as I walk up and give him a hug.
"Alice, hey what's up?" As he hugs me back

"Not much, you? Why are you here? Not saying I'm not happy to see you. Just wondering." I cheerfully say kinda blushing. I mean the only reason why we broke up was cuz I was moving.

"Umm I wish I could say that I didn't come to live with my cousins just so I could be with you." Well he's talking all I can think is why does this always happen to me?

"Awww Jeremy that's so sweet. My parents are downstairs wanna come see them?

"Of course. I love your parents. Let's go." He puts his hand on my lowerback and we walk to my parents. I can feel myself blushing again. And I just think to myself what am I going to tell Tara and Adian?

"Soo you came all the way down from Ottawa to be with me?"
"Yup, I didn't know what else to do. I didn't wanna let you go. Cuz I knew if I let you go I wouldn't ever see you again."

"Mom, you remember Jeremy right?" I say as i walk up to her.

"Of course your boyfriend from Ottawa. Why?"

"Yeah, him. And oh no reason other then he moved here to get me back. See" I move back as she turns to see Jeremy.
