In a small town in Ontario Canada. Angus Ontario to be exact. I moved from Ottawa cuz my dad is in the military. I don't have a problem moving I mean I get to see more of one country then anyone else. What my problem is the fact that it's mostly always the summer when we move so I couldn't really make friends before school since everyone is normally gone.
My brothers being the sporty guys they are had hockey tryouts.
"Mom why do I have to go?? The tryouts aren't for me."
"Alice stop complaining your 17 years old. And you're going cuz there maybe kids your age."
"Fine" I said getting ready to go spend time at an arena.
The drive over wasn't too long it was only 5 mins. After my mom signed my brothers in, we just were standing around and the next thing I know I'm on the ground.
"Hey! Watch where you're going" I say looking up too see a a boy around my age sticking out his hand to help me up.
"I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to ran into you. I'm Adian by the way."
"Well Adian what's with knocking me on my ass?? Is there a fire somewhere that we should know about?" I say as I grab his hand.
"Noo. I'm supposed to meet a friend outside and I'm late. Would you like to come outside with me??"
"Umm, but you just said you're meeting a friend."
"Yea and??"
"Yea and I don't want to be a third wheel." I say as I turn around and start walking away.
"Wait..." I hear and feel a hand on my arm. I spin around to see Adian on his phone.
"Change in plans my friend just ditched me. So now will you hang out with me??"
