Time Lock

Chapter 1 (i might finish this)

♦Lumine's Pov
            "KODY!" I yelled trying to get the attention of Kody. I'm his bodyguard. Once i walk up to Kody, he seemed to be frozen in time. Then a blue police telephone box appears in front of me. A guy in a the police box comes stumbling out with a girl  and a woman in a suit with a weird badge
"So doctor what's going on?" the woman in the weird suit ask. She had a type of gun holster that looks futuristic. "Doctor there's someone else that didn't froze from the phenomen!"
    " Who are you all?" I question "Did you do anything for this to happen?" I look confused. 
"I'm Captain Kathryn Janeway of the federation starship Voyager." The lady said in the weird suit.
"I'm the Doctor" the man said looking at me.
"I'm Clara and who are you?" the shorter girl said
"I'm Lumine" I responded "What  is that?"
"The tardis" The Doctor answers. "Did anything weird happen when this phenomenon  happen?"
"Yes! Everything seemed to be slower. And reversed in some type of way." I tell the doctor what happen. Then my ears twitch hearing a faint tick. "I hear a clock ticking." I turn around looking at a clock through a window of a classroom.
"What is it Lumine?" Captain Janeway ask when i was looking at the classroom.
"The clock in that classroom is going backwards." I answer Janeway's question
"Really? That is marvelous..." The Doctor got cut off by a monstrous rawr "Ok. I think it's time go!" The doctor said when he was going to the Tardis. Janeway grabbed my hand  and pull me in the Tardis.
" It's bigger on the inside" I gasp, "how?" I was mesmerized.
"Yes it is" The doctor said as the tardis began to shake. As the doctor starts running around the console in the middle. The Tardis sprung to life as it starts shaking. The console sparked tossing everyone away the console. It all stop as if a ship calmed down after a storm
"Well that could have done better" a mysterious female voice i heard. "Is everyone ok"
"Yes!" everyone said. The lady walks to the doctor.
"RIVER!" The doctor embraced the women "Do you know what's happening"
"Yes a multiverse phenomena has happen" River said. I look at her and pass out. "Who is he?"
"He is Lumine."Clara answer. Janeway's combadge activates. And static is heard from it. "What was that?" It keeps getting quieter than disappear. The Tardis lands .
♦Captain Janeway POV/ USS Voyager A Couple Hours Earlier 
  I head out of my ready room to the bridge. Seven of nine called me down to astrometrics. When i reach astrometric Seven of nine greets me "Thanks for coming captain"
"What's the emergency Seven?" I asked in a direct manner.
"There is a phenomena, that resembles a wormhole. About five light years away." Seven said "But there is a problem. It is slowing down time."
"You saying theres is phenomena that time slowing down!" I said to my suprise. Then a console was beeping and Seven , "Captain time became a complete stop."
"No that can't be!"I exclaimed as a blue box appears around us.
"I'm the Doctor and this is Clara" He said running around trying it to let his ship land.
"Where are we?" Seven of Nine said looking around.
"The Tardis" Clara said "whoa!" Clara stumbles to us as the Tardis shakes.
