Chapter 22

We started to hear a noise but we didnt know what it was but then it got louder and louder and it was dogs barking!!! "Oh crap" me and eli run everyone follows except colten he said he can handle them. Then I start to clim the ferris wheel we climbed the ladder higher and higher the rust from the metal was hurting my hands but i still kept going. Then we finally got to a cart on the ferris wheel. I look down colten takes out his hand gun shoots one dog and another and another. Thier is one more dog left but their is no more bullets left in the gun and thats all he had he tried running but that didnt do anything the dog was obviously faster then him. The dog pounces on his back colten flew about 2 feet then the dog leeped over at colten and took a bite out of coltens neck "HELP HELP HELP!!!" Colten screamed but their was nothing i could do coltens screams faded away. Everyone is crying. Eli picks his head up from between his knees his face red tears dripping down his cheeks "so much for being badass" he says. We heard somthing and about 3 seconds later SNAP! The cart fell we all jump out and land on a bouncy house we sat their in silence for about a minute. And then we all started laughing and i mean like really laughing hard we were tearing up from laughing so hard. We all didnt even know why we were laughing we just were. Then we all got serious because we realized colten was dead and their was still a dog out somewhere looking for us. We got up and walked out of the bouncy house I saw the dog. I snuck up on it and then stabbed it with my knife it died. Then we rushed over to coltens body he already pasted away. We take his body and put it behind the bushes. "Alright we have to try our best to survive this is getting very serious" they shook their heads "and.....I dont want anyone else dieing we have to find away out of here or else we have no hope" its starting to get dark so we all grabbed a taco and sat on a park bench. "Aaron do you think we will make it" carter says with some taco in his mouth. "Ya" I say back "As long as we can find away out of here we will be fine" When I finish my taco I slowly crawl into my sleeping bag and fall asleep.
