Third Person
(a week later)Technoblade looked up from brewing potions, seeing Phil enter his house. "Hello, Techno," he said in greeting, wings flapping slightly.
"Hallo." Technoblade gave him a smile, then looked back at the brewing stand. He was still waiting for Y/N to come back, since they had left a few hours ago and hadn't come back yet.
"Are you coming to the funeral?" Phil asked.
"Tommy's funeral already happened?" Technoblade asked, looking at him.
Phil looked at the pigman with pity, making him frown. "Walk with me, Techno."
Technoblade frowned, but followed him outside. The two walked to the SMP together in silence. "Who's funeral is it, Phil?" Technoblade asked suddenly, breaking the uneasy silence. He needed to know.
"It's better if you see for yourself." They walked to where a couple others were gathered. Technoblade could see Sam, Sapnap, Karl, Quackity, and George. "This is Y/N's final resting place, Techno." Phil put a hand on Technoblade's shoulder as he noticed the gravestone in the ground.
"No... I saw them this morning?" Technoblade said, looking at Phil with wide eyes.
"No you didn't, Technoblade. Y/N has been dead for a week."
Technoblade lost his breath. He could swear he had been talking to Y/N all week. Nothing felt real to him. It made sense though. Everything felt off once he saw Y/N fall that day in the nether. Technoblade collected himself and knelt in front of Y/N's grave, which had white flowers resting around it.
Sapnap, who had known Y/N longest out of everyone there, was sobbing quietly, shoulders shaking. Karl squeezed Sapnap's hand softly, and Quackity had a reassuring hand on his lover's shoulder. George stood silently beside them, watching his friend break down. George knew how fond of Y/N Sapnap was, almost in a fatherly or big brother kind of way, and it hurt George to see his best friend standing there with his lovers, mourning.
Sam stood silently. He didn't cry, he had run out of tears during Tommy's small funeral. Sam replayed the memory of Y/N's death in his mind. He hadn't seen Y/N die, which made him feel guilty, but not as guilty as he did with Tommy's death. There was nothing he could do, and he knew it. Their deaths are in the past, unable to be changed. Sam bowed his head slightly to Y/N's resting place, then left. He had payed his respects, Dream was dead. He needed to move on.
Later that night, Technoblade returned home, out of tears to cry, numb to the core. He went to crawl into bed and embrace the temporary relief of sleep, only to find on his bed, glittering in the faint moonlight, was a poorly made crown.
