Ok, so my first reason that sokeefe is the better ship is that everything Keefe does is for Sophie. Some of his decisions were not good but he only did them because he thought they would help her, even if they ended up hurting her. Like when he joined the neverseen, he wasn't actually trying to betray anyone or hurt anyone. He did it for Sophie. He wanted to help her deal with the stress and pressure of being the moonlark, which meant taking down the neverseen, since that is the source of all her stress. I am not saying it was a good idea, but his intentions were good. He is in love with Sophie, and all he wants to do is help her.
