Welcome to the first chapter of a Naruto reader insert where the reader is a jinchuriki to my favorite of the Tailed beast's Matatabi (Second is Shukaku) ready to start out sad? To bad cause we need to Seek answers! I'll come up with a better chapter opening later. Since there isn't a name for Matatabi's original jinchuriki she will be given a random name for the time

???: It's been a few weeks since they had attacked... They killed everyone looking for me, my husband, my son's... And what did I do? I ran....like a coward to protect a beast I've had since I was only a child.

In the middle of a forest, going twords the Village hidden in the leaf, Konoha the only other village that she trusts to keep her safe, despite this she knew the Akatsuki wouldn't rest until she was dead and the beast was extracted from her.

??? (Inside of the woman's head): What's going on? Hanamastu?

Hanamastu, a elder woman was the current jinchuriki of the Tailed beast two tails, Matatabi. She was badly injured and sleep deprived....

Hanamastu:.... Matatabi, I'm sorry.... But I won't live long enough to get you to safety.... It pains me being so close to Konoha only to fail you...

Matatabi: Don't say that! We can make it, I can transform us and-

Hanamastu: And give us away? Give everyone a heart attack? No there's no way we can-

Before she could finish she had stumbled upon a small boy hurt in the middle of the forest, no one around for miles... Why was he here?

Hanamastu dropped to one knee a kuni that had been thrown at her by her attackers was still lodged in her side, she can't keep going.... But Matatabi.... She'll be safe

Hanamastu: I am so sorry for birding you, you are but a child yet your forced to cary my curse... I won't allow them to take Matatabi for themselves...

Before long both hanamastu and Matatabi had sensed that they were being to catch up, not much time

Matatabi: No! Hanamastu if you transfer me to him then you'll-

Hanamastu: I'm fully aware of the consequences...but there's no other options, protect this boy, care for him, do what you've done for me all these years...

Matatabi: Please we can-

Hanamastu:...good bye Matatabi.

Hanamastu had completed the transfer and sealing of The two tails, with that the boy had become a jinchuriki without his knowledge, and the seal had been too affective instead of a seal it had acted more like a wall between Matatabi and The boys consciousness but it was to late to weaken the seal... Hanamatsu had died he last act was passing on the burden of being a jinchuriki however she couldn't make sure the child would be safe from her attackers as two Hidden Rain Shinobi had closed in against the boy. But they had relented when hearing a Man call out for someone.

???: Y/N? Where are you? He can't have gone far. Damn that kid so stubborn... He should litsen to his sensei.

The Hidden Rain Shinobi had hidden themselves from the man's view or so they had hoped they where fast enough, they weren't but the man would wait for them to make the first move

???: Hm? Y/N! What happened to you?

He looked around to find the woman the two tails Jinchuriki.

???: Lady Hanamastu!? What are you-

But he soon realized the saddening truth.

???: Lady Hanamastu.... What happened to you... Wait if your dead that means that the Two tails should be released!

He quickly looked around only to find... nothing just Y/N and the Hidden Rain Shinobi where around if the Hidden Rain ninja had stuck around at all. There where two options that he could think of.... So he quicky checked to see if Y/N had the seal....and was upset to see that he infact did.

???: No.... Y/N, what could have drove her to do this to you?

The two Shinobi had hesitated before one had jumped down a kuni ready to attack. Before he could land the attack the man had caught it with a Chakra blade.

Asuma had quickly delivered a swift blow to the gut and wrapped both arms around the shinobi's arm throwing him over his shoulder and straight into the ground. Another swift blow to the head later and the man was out cold.

Asuma: With those skills? You can't be the ones who forced Lady Hanamastus hand.

With that said the other Hidden Rain Shinobi had dropped down catching Asuma off guard as he thought the other would turn tail and run throwing some shuriken  at Asuma hitting him in the shoulder and then the leg and nearly his other arm only for a lighting lased kuni to intercept the shurkin, as Kakashi had arrived to assist him.

Kakashi: Asuma your guard must have been lowered quite a large margin if he managed to nail you with those.

Asuma took a knee and removed both the shuriken from his leg and shoulder as Kakashi took care of the final Shinobi

Asuma: We should report this to lord third. He must know about the death of Lady Hanamastus and that Y/N is a jinchuriki now

Kakashi: Your right he is your responsibility after all, right "Papa Sensei"?

Asuma: You know being called "The copy ninja" doesn't mean you have to copy what Y/N calls me, he has a mother just not a father.

Kakashi: I know, let's get him back to the Village.

Time Skip to a month later

Y/N was out to look at Konohas Hokage Rock, he looked up to them all of them especially the first Hokage, Hashirama senju

Y/N: One day... I wanna become just like them all of them, the strongest, the wisest, the most caring ninja in all of the hidden leaf, Yeah one day I'm gonna become the Hokage!

He was so distracted talking about his goals he hadn't noticed someone had defaced the Hokage. But when looking at it it was kind of obvious who had done it. And unfortunately Y/N had known exactly who it was and he was Y/N's friend

Y/N:....NARUTOOOOO!

And with that comes the end of the first chapter of this Male reader X Naruto [Show] for context just like Naruto, Y/N has no clue he is the two tails Jinchuriki as the seal was placed on Matatabi, or we'd have a powered up ten year old that would be good at a whole lot, and frankly don't want that.
