I'm standing in the OR gallery watching my ex wife reconstruct a shattered femur, while everyone else in the room is staring at the surgery, I'm staring at the surgeon.
I see callie look up and smile under her mask, I smile back before realising she's probably not even smiling and I quickly put my head down and stare at the floor.
I look back up to see everyone is gone, I stand up and walk over to the glass to see callie leaving the OR, I sigh before making my way back to the peds floor.
I sit down in a chair at the nurses station and close my eyes before long I hear footsteps, my eyes shoot open and I see penny walking past,
"Of course, perfect penny is spying on me again-" I say in a real bitchy tone. she turns to look at me.
"I'm not spying on you Dr Robbins- I have a peds rotation today." she says clearly annoyed
"whatever, I have better things to be doing" I say as I stand up and walk in the opposite direction.
I walk down to the on call rooms and try to open all of them but none of them open, I walk over to the last one and it swings open as I push down on the handle, I look inside to see callie laying there half asleep staring at the ceiling,
"oh, I'm sorry I didn't know you were in here.."
I say as I walk in and close the door behind me, I lock the door and walk over to the bed and sit down,
Callie sits up, she looks at me with a curious look on her face,
Before long I'm kissing her, I lean into the kiss knowing very well she has a girlfriend but I don't care
she pulls away
"a-Arizona.." she says softly looking at me with her beautiful eyes
"A-Arizona.. y-you know me and p-penny- I'm sorry.. I can't-" she gets up and walks out of the room leaving me there to feel sorry for myself.
I decide to go to the shops to get myself some ice cream maybe that will help me forget about my hot ex wife,
I walk inside the shop and turn a corner bumping someone over,
"Oh my goodness I'm so sorry" I say holding my hand out for the person I just knocked over,
"Arizona, long time no see!" She says smiling at me as she takes my hand and stands up.
