The Vampire protectors

Chapter 3

Devons pov:

"Yea hes my boyfriend" boyfriend? This scrawny twig hes not even good looking and of all people she chooses this?

"Well he better leave unless he wishes to be burned alive" I say aloud "dont be rude hes not a threat" she says running to him "yea clearly" I scoff out of the corner of my eye I see kiara infrot of is it Lauren yea Lauren in a protective stance but calms down after seeing our exchange.

I turn back around to see if shes ok and I see them making out I quickly turn back around wanting to barf "ima head inside" I say to kiara who understands because men are gross and I might barf at there exchange.

As I walk inside I sense a unfamiliar presents and Immediately am on gaurd I quietly walk around the house to where I hear moving of items in what I think is Elizabeth's room or lizzy I then realize what hap happened and ho in there to see a scrawny man shuffling through her dresser.

"Need help with that?" I question he turned around instantly and I see his face what burglar dosent ware a mask no matter he then charges me to witch I doge and hit his head on the door frame knocking him out.

I drag him my the leg outside to the front seeing similar scene to what I left "hey one of you know this guy" i ask throwing his body in there direction.

Lizzy then stops grinding on tyler or what ever to see what I'm talking about and is horrified "that's Anthony Timmy's brother" to witch I reply "so this is a caper" I then turn to Theodore and grab him by his neck "what are you doing let him go" she says trying to pry me off him "you dont understand to you?" I look at her still holding a struggle stick "they were going to rob you blind sweetheart" I simply put it "wait what do you mean Lauren asked walking over here with kiara.

"Its simple really, if that's his brother then timothy here was a distraction to witch this guy" she points to the unconscious boy "would rob you of anything he wanted of course they didnt account for you to get new security" kiara says as if ifs elementary to witch I reply "if this is this tought out then it must happen alot" I turn to Lauren "how often does tiffinay here visit". "About one a week for a couple of months" she replys.

"Is that where mothers necklace has gone" lizzy question "by my guess yes" I then look at the boy I have hostage "timothy is it" I ask he dose his best to nod with my hand on his neck "be a good little rascal and go fetch me everything you stole from this house whole and remember I and smell you for miles away so I will catch you if you run and I kill you and your sorry exuse of a family" I state simply and let him go.

About an hour later i was ready to gi find him but her come back pulling a wagon with countless items on it

"That's everthing" he says looking at the ground "good boy now" I grab his neck again "princess what the penitaly for stealing?" "Prison" "very well" then a group of men in uniforms pick up the two boys carrying them to what I assume is jail.

"Fun first day" kiara says to witch I laugh "you said it

A few days later

Larens pov:

After the whole timmy incident my sisters been very fragile but having devon and kiara here really helps her relax.

Kiara I think we've only know each other for a few days but I grow founder of her by the minute. She just the imbodyment of happiness no matter what happens she seams to always look to the positive.

Sadly our weekend with the girls is coming to a close as we go back to school tomorrow. Wonder how that's going to go I think.

Currently kiara and lizzy are trying to prepare dev (she let's me call her that :)
For a normal day of school as shes never gone before.

"What dose it mean when the bell rings" kiara quizzes dev "erm new c-class?" She answers but it comes out as a question "correct" says lizzy.

"I'm not even taking classes why must I learn them" she whines "because its makes it easier to know what happening" kiara explains "why you want to go to school lol never know" I tell kiara. "I find it fascinating to learn what you vampires and humans know" she answers smiling before continuing to question dev on her knowledge of the subjects we take.

I stand to head to the kitchen as I'm feeling famished to witch lizzy follows me "hey we didnt really talk just one on one this weekend" she admits "well it has been a rollercoaster" "what do you think of our new bodyguards" she questions  to witch I answer " I think it's nice to have more people around us and I'm glad they arnt being hunted and sold they also are great at the job".

"I was more pointing towards your feeling on kiara" she smirks at me. I hide my blush with my hair. "What are you talking about" I act clueless to her suspicion.

"You know exactly what I mean" I can feel her smirk getting bigger "I see the way you look at each other and I'm pretty sure dev knows to" she says in a more serious tone "she dose!?" I quickly turn around with a worried look on my face, last thing I want it fir devon to have a reason to kill me and knowing her she will in a heartbeat.

My antics are rewarded with a laugh from my sister "I'm pretty sure shes ok with it but if you do continue down this path with kiara then she'll definitely threaten you" at that she turns to leave the kitchen.

Me and kiara the thought dosent seam so crazy infact it brings a smile to my face.
