~Academy Days~

{Takemis POV}

It was 3 days after the incident, me and Sasuke took some days off from the academy to morn, but tomorrow will officially be my first day the past is behind me and im not gonna let it slow me down from becoming a great Shinobi as i walked through the village i felt all kinds of eyes on me and whispers. "So we have two of these just roaming in the village?" i heard a woman whisper "well at least she's not a troublemaker like the blond one" a man said "yea but they should have kept her in that asylum" their words hit me in the heart but ill never let them see it get to me. "AGH STOP LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT" i hear a kid yell with a crowd surrounding him he was at a mask stand and the shopkeeper threw the mask at him telling him to leave he ran away from the stand he looked real sad so i followed him.

When i found him, he was sitting by a tree just staring off, "hey, are you ok?" i ask the wind blows making his blond locks go over his blue eyes he looked up at me wiping the tears from his eyes "huh yeah why do you care" he looks away "why shouldn't i care?" i say tilting my head "because nobody cares and you should go away before your parents tell you to stay away from me" he looks down at his legs "i don't have any parents" i look at the sky keeping a smile on my face he looks at me his eyes wide i take a seat next to him "what about you? Wears your parents?" he looks down again, "i don't have any either" he smiles a bit "you know you shouldn't let those peoples words get to you" i say looking at him, he frowns a bit "yeah what do you know about it" his eyebrows furrowing "because" i put my hand on his shoulder "i know how it feels, the looks they give the fear in their eyes and the mean words they say i know it all too well" i give him a smile as he looks up at me again "Who. . .are you?" he asked i giggle "im Takemi" i hold my hand out he takes it and shakes it "Naruto Uzamaki and you don't have to worry about me one day im gonna be Hokage then everyone will give me some respect and treat me like im somebody" he says standing up giving me a thumbs up "and im gonna become one of the best Shinobi there is she i can kill a certain someone" i smile he then gives me a look shivering "uhh i don't think you should look so happy when your talking about killing someone" he shuddered making me laugh little did i know this is the start of a long friendship.

We played the day away and the sun was beginning to set, "Takemi there you are I've been looking for you" Sasuke says he then looks at Naruto "what are you doing with this loser?" Sasuke says, "she can do what she wants ya know, and who you calling a loser?" Naruto said, putting his hands on his hips, Sasuke crossed him arms "Chill out Sasuke we were just hanging out" i say getting in between them "whatever let's go home sis its getting late" Sasuke says "Sis? Sasukes your brother?" Naruto questions with a dramatic look on his face, "can you tell? we're twins" i smile "let's go Takemi we have academy tomorrow" Sasuke pulls my arm, rushing me i wave my arm saying goodbye to Naruto.

"You shouldn't hang with the likes of him, he'll slow you down" Sasuke says as he opens the door to our home i simply roll my eyes "Geez Sasuke don't you remember that im the older twin" i cross my arms "yeah well you don't act like it" he replies then biting into an onigiri "whatever Sasuke im heading to bed and you should too how's that for acting like a big sister" i lay down and stare at the ceiling till i finally drift off to sleep.

{The Next Day}

"Come on Sasuke were gonna be late" i rush my brother skipping and twirling "Takemi were right in front of the doors its litterly impossible to be late" he walks with his hands in his pockets when we got in he took his seat and i was asked to stand at the front of the class "Hello Class we have a new student with us today Takemi Uchiha" Iruka Sensei calls out to the class he nudges on my shoulder for me to say something "Hi as you heard I'm Takemi Uchiha with means yes Sasuke is related to me, he is my younger twin brother" the class Ooos and some looking at Sasuke who was obviously embarrassed "Takemi you can sit there next to Rock Lee" He points over to a kid who looked familiar i go to sit next to him as Iruka starts his lesson when i sat down He seemed to tense up like he wanted to say something but i just ignored it and paid attention most of class i felt his eyes gaze at me and so did another kid seem to look back at me a lot he had a puppy on his head and he made my nose itch he smelt like showers are his worst enemy i spent class studying everyone learning their names and watching their movements. soon the bell rang and everyone ran out i was about to leave but i felt a tap on my shoulder i turn around and it was that Lee kid.

he sweat dropped and scratched his head and he tried to find his words, he stiffed up, "do you remember me?" the way he stiffened up so awkwardly i couldent help but to laugh "sorry but no i don't could you remind me?" i tilt my head giving him i smile.

{Lee's POV}

What she didn't remember me it was like a few days ago, was it because i cut my braid? her hair moved to the side as she tilted her head and gave me a smile he dark black eyes shined as the afternoon sun hit them, i was lost for words "we met when i was volunteering at the asylum" i say her eyes then lit up "oh its you i barley recognize you i didn't know you wanted to be a Shinobi?" she smiles that smile as never left my mind since the first day i saw it "yeah but from the looks i don't think that might happen" i look down her smile fades "oh? why not" she asks "well its just that i can't do ninjutsu and i don't want that to stop me from becoming a splendid Shinobi, but that's harder than it seems" i say she then grabs both my hands making my face burn up "well i think if you really put your mind to it anything can happen and from the looks of you i see a great Shinobi in you so keep your head up" she then ruffles my hair and gave me a reassuring hug i was gonna say something but Sasuke came to get her "Takemi lets go" he says taking her away all i can do is stand there dumbfounded i let out a sigh and start my way home.

Little did Lee know this will be a start of a beautiful romance...
