WES'S P.O.V

I was locking up the Smosh games office when I heard a screaming coming from the editors hall of the building. I quickly ran to see who else could have been here this late at night. I continue to follow the screams and crying until I came to (y/n)'s desk... I've never seen this side of them! It hurt me to see (y/n) this hurt. I could occasionally hear my name being muttered, and my hear broke. I never meant to hurt them, the entire fight was blown out of proportion and I take part of the blame for it. Without really thinking I bend down and take the pillow from (y/n) their face was puffy but just as cute as always, their eyes still sparkled even if it looked like the life was drained from them. Their face was flushed, pale, yet there was red from where their nose was running. I would never get sick of looking at such a face.

YOUR P.O.V

I was still crying when all of the sudden the pillow I was hugging was tilted down. I looked up to see Wes crouching and staring at me, he looked to be in some sort of daze, still as cute as ever. I missed everything about him. “Hey” his soft voice finally spoke. “Hey..” I just barely say back sniffling.
“You okay there?”
“clearly not but thanks for asking”
There was silence for a while, I didn't know what to say, or what he was going to say for that matter. But I wanted to apologize, I was just too stubborn to. Though at this point what's the use of being stubborn when the person you're being stubborn with is seeing you at your worst. The more time that passed the more deafening the silence became. Wes and I were always comfortable with silence when it came to the other person, and even though we were technically still in a fight, the silence was still the same. Soothing. Eventually I opened my mouth to apologize but nothing came out, I tried, but I couldn't speak, I think I finally lost my voice after all that screaming and crying. I felt so embarrassed, I could feel Wes watching me as tears streamed down my face, my mouth hung open and silence continuing to fill the room. My voice broke as I tried to speak again, but this time I let out a squeak. I got more frustrated, and closed my eyes and mouth and hung my head in defeat. As I did so I could feel Wes lift my chin with the side of his finger. “Hey, it's going to be okay” he said. I stared into his eyes, if I wasn't already so broken I think I would have broke just looking at him. I nod at him and watch as he gets up, he lends me his hand and pulls me out from under my desk. I immediately fall into him and hug him. He hugged back, I missed his hugs, the way he held my back and occasionally pressed my head into his chest. He smelled great, as always if not better. I back up after the hug and mouth “I'm sorry” I still couldn't vocally say it. Wes nodded, and smiled weakly. He looked hurt, I think it's because I was hurt. I smiled back but gasped when I remembered that Joven was going to move in with Wes. My heart broke all over again. Wes looked at me and somehow knew what the gasp was for. “I'll tell him to find another place” he hugged me again. “Lets get your stuff to my car okay?” I nodded and grabbed the box I put on my desk and we walked out to his car, his hand around my waist. We arrived at the apartment door. “Would you like to do the honor?” Wes pulled out the keys. I nod and smile as Wes and I exchanged the box and keys. I took a deep breath and unlocked the door. A rush of cool air hit me and filled my lungs, for the first time in felt like I could finally breathe again. There really is no place like home.

WELL that's it, that's the one shot thing except it took 4 chapters, I'll probably do a bonus one for this little wes story if you want a smut. Let me know, also I'm keeping it as gender neutral as possible using they/them pronouns, you can substitute it with your pronouns if you want, guess I should have said that in the beginning. Oh well!! That's that! Let me know what you want next! I take suggestions!!!
