"O.M.G! Is that...Mitch!?" Lilly, my best friend, whispered. "What? Where!" I cheered. Mitch, possibly one of the cutest guys in YT High, was walking towards us!

"Hey ladys." He said, doing a causual hair-flip. Through out the years he has had many hair styles. I think he was even bald once. Crazy, right? But he was still cute.

"Hey, Mitch!" Lilly said, a bit over excited. "Hi." I said calmly. Mitch's attention seemed to..linger on me. On..Me? Simple little Bee?

"So, Bee. Would you like to get lunch with me today?" My friends blue eyes grew in size, and shot a happy, surprised look at me. "Sure. Where shall we meet?" "Out side the lunch hall. 12:30. See you then?' "Yeah." He smiled then continued down the hall.

Lilly grabbed my arm and tugged me down the hall and into the girls restroom. Pushing past to girls who were applying to much lip gloss. "Oh my god, Bee! Mitch just asked you out! How can you be so calm?" It looked like she was about to have a panic attack. I took a deep breath, then let it out. Paused, then made some un-human noises.

"OH MY GOD HE ASKED ME OUT!" I screamed. Lilly laughed, "That's the Bee I know!" We did some weird little happy-dance in a circle thing. 

"Sooooo glad I chose to wear my Adventure Time dress today! I just had a feeling it would be a great day! Ahhh!" We jumped around once more. "It looks great on you! Ahhh!" Lilly joined in my yells. "Hey wait, wanna borrow my 'Living Wild' lip gloss? The color would match the dress 110%!!" "Really? I can!?" "yeah, here!" She dug in her little purse for a moment, then pulled out a tube of deep colored lip gloss. "Thank you so much!" "Hey, what are friends for?" We shared a super-friend tight hug just as the bell rang. "I'll see you later." "Text me about how it goes!" She yelled as we parted our ways. 

I took a deep breath.

I couldn't believe this was happening to me!
