Chapter 8 || It Hurts

10:00 P.M.
"You wanna go sit down in the living room?" Y/n asked him as they were standing in the same spot for 15 minutes.

"mhm" he mumbled slowly detaching away from Y/n. Jungkook thought to himself that he never realized how Y/n is beautiful until now. While he was holding her before he enjoyed being embraced by him.

Y/n stood there confused on why Jungkook was just standing there "Can I kiss you?" He asked her bringing her out her thoughts causing her eyes to widen.

"J-Jung" She looked at him as he was getting closer resting his forehead on hers, "please?" he whispered as his lip trembled closing his eyes letting a tear fall sounding desperate. "N-No Jungkook your heartbroken your not finna use me, plus we only been knowing each other for a month, we don't have no romantic feelings towards each other so no" She said shaking her head placing her hands on his chest pushing him away.

Jungkook gently grabbed her hands with his and looked at her then sighed "your right i'm sorry" He told Y/n looking down. Y/n removed her hands gesturing him to the living room, he then started to walking through the hallway.

As Y/n followed him she thought Why would he even do that, he already mess with my heart sometimes, He just don't understand how much that hurt me just now. "im sorry.." Jungkook said sitting on the couch looking up at Y/n.

She sat next to him and told him it was fine and he just shook his head. "Would you like to tell me what happened?" She asked him scooting back on the couch. "i-" "It's okay if you don't wanna talk about it, just know i'll be here if you ever need someone to talk to" She reassured him placing her her hand on his shoulder rubbing it.

He tensed under her touch "I don't know why but it's weird for me to even be close with you and we only knew each other for a month, I'm already adapting to you and I don't even trust people easily" Jungkook told her looking up from his lap turning to face her.

"It's okay I feel the same way I guess you can say but-" Jungkook phone started to ring, He picked it up "Hello?" he said looking towards Y/n "Really!?" he said standing up, Y/n was very confused about his actions and stood up as well.

"I'm sorry I- okay coming right now sorry again" He said putting his phone in his pocket picking up his jacket. "Work?" Y/n asked because she was used to it, "Umm yeah I text you before I go to sleep okay." Jungkook said rushing towards the door "I- alright" She said going behind him to close the door "Be safe" She said closing the door seeing him wave goodbye.

Jungkook Pov:
I quickly got in the car and headed towards Big Hit Entertainment building. And once I finally made it there I went through the back and went to Sejin office. I knocked twice "Come in" Sejin said. I opened the door walking in to see him looking through his tablet on his desk.

I closed the door behind me and then he looked up at me. "Jungkook do you know what your doing?" He asked "I'm just hanging with a friend sir" I told him "Hanging with a friend?" He asked standing up from his seat walking away from his desk towards me, I gulped scared of what might happen.

"Your hanging with a friend Jeon Jungkook, first you didn't tell anyone that you have a friend not only do you have a friend but that friend is a girl. While your running around with this so called friend of yours I guess you forgot that your an Idol, because if you remembered they have paparazzi everywhere and they don't care about invading your personal life, that's their job to invade your personal life" He said staring deep into my eyes .

"You probably didn't even know that they have rumors about you and this friend of yours so called dating. No you wouldn't know cause you just don't pay attention to your surroundings now do you" He told me pointing at me over and over again.

I deserved it I wasn't paying attention at all I would only go to practice and meetings when needed and then when I would have free time I would go see you but that was only because I wanted to know how Josie was doing nothing else.

"So I'm gonna say this one time and one time only whatever you have with this "friend" of yours you need to end it and y'all can no longer see each other." He told me turning around walking to his desk.

I can't believe he just said I can't see you anymore, anything but that I have to see you I have to know how Josie is doing, I have to know is she missing me like I'm missing her. I have to anything but this.

"Sir please I will do anything this is only my friend I swear to you sir nothing more and I will be very cautious about my surroundings I can even have her come over to me and the guys dorm so I don't have to leave sir, It's just that I just wanna feel like a regular person even tho i'm not anymore and i'm an Idol, I just need that person that I talk to regularly that doesn't relate to my career." I told him finally shutting up as I saw him look up at me with anger in his eyes.

"Jungkook I just said- You know what you wanna put your career in jeopardy then go ahead one more picture get out one more and your done." He said groaning and massaging his temple. "Thank you sir" I said bowing "Leave" He said going back to what he was previously doing on his tablet.

I left the room walking back down to the back of the building thinking to myself how can he fire me when I bring money and everything they need to this company without me everyone will definitely be devastated and I'm sure my brothers would be even more devastated.

I got in my car and drove off to the dorm that was only two blocks down so I can get my rest.

I laid down after getting out of the shower getting under my covers grabbing my phone off of my night stand contemplating on if I should call you.

*Calling Y/n*

Y/n: Hello?
Jungkook: Yeah um we are gonna have to be more careful
Y/n: What do you mean?
Jungkook: Well you know paparazzi think we're dating and so do other people so we have to keep a low profile, you know I don't want Josie thinking we're dating.
Y/n: Oh umm..... *silence* okay so you can't come over no more?
Jungkook: No but you can come to my dorm instead when we wanna hang out if that's okay
Y/n: Sure I guess that's not a problem
Jungkook: Okay well I'm finna go to sleep alright Y/n sleep good okay
Y/n: Alright goodnight Kook

*Call Ended*
