Chapter 6 || New Friend

Y/N POV:
It's been a week and i'm pretty much getting the hang of everything around here. I finally moved fully into my apartment and since i'm off today and Lisa's going on a blind date, I plan on going out to treat myself.

I walked into the nail shop and talked with the lady at the counter to tell her how I wanted my nails done. In the end I decided to get regular white and I sat on the chair after my nails were done so they can do my toes.

I sat next to a beautiful women with long black hair. "Hi i'm Josie what's your name!?" She asked me "Y/n" I told her "You must be new around here I haven't seen you around this part" She told me relaxing on her chair.

"Umm yeah I moved here a week ago" I told her "Ohhh well I hope everything is going good for you, do you have any friends out here?" She asked me putting her elbow on the arm of her chair resting her chin on the palm of her hand.

"Umm yeah 2" I said laying back in my chair looking at the man that's now polishing my toes. "Well now you have 3, I'm sorry I'm just a straightforward person and your a beautiful woman that I would love to be friends with" she said flashing a smile towards me.

"Oh it's okay we can be friends, how long have you been living out here?" I asked "My whole life I grew up here" She said.

Time has passed and now me and Josie was walking out of the mall with bags in our hands after a good 2 hour shopping spree. "Well I have to go I'll text you" She said walking in the opposite direction of me heading towards her car.

"Yeah be safe" I told her turning around to go to my car. "Okay now all I have to do is go get groceries" I said closing the door sticking the key in the ignition.

Jungkook Pov:
I was surprised and I couldn't believe my eyes, I thought I'll never see her again but here she is smiling like she never cared. "Josie and Y/n?" I said walking out of the game store with the rest of the guys. "Huh?" Jimin said looking away from his phone and looking up.

"Nothing umm you guys can go home I'll catch up" I said walking to car and getting in, "Wait where are you going?" Jhope asked "Don't worry I'll be back" I told him as I got in the passenger seat.

"Follow that car please" I told my security guard Han, We parked in the parking lot and I watched Y/n go into the grocery store. "Umm sir are you stalking someone?" one of my security guards ask as they were sitting in the back.

"No just follow me" I told him getting out the car.

I got out the car making my way towards the grocery store and then of course I got mobbed by fans. I looked up to find Y/n then we made eye contact she turned around and started to walk really fast.

Did Josie tell her that me and her use to be a thing? Do she not wanna see me or something?

After my guards got the mob out the way I quickly ran through the store and found Y/n on the snacks aisle. She looked my way and put chips in her basket and kept walking.

"Hey you don't wanna see me?" I asked catching you to her now walking by her side giving an smile. "Oh no I just.. erm idk" She said scratching the back of her head. I grabbed her arm and yanked her back. "Why do you people keep-" "Shhh" I told her pointing to the crowd that's obviously looking for me.

I let go of her and she turned around "Are you following me?" She asked putting her hands on her hips. "No! I just saw you and wanted to come say hi and see how you were doing" I told her hiding the fact that I wanted to know why she was with Josie.

"Oh well I'm doing good Seoul is treating me right How-" "Sir! we were looking for you everywhere" Han said placing his hands on his knees trying to catch his breath.

"I'm fine Han just checking on a friend" I told him patting his back. "Umm well see you later" Y/n said grabbing her basket. "Wait we should hang out sometimes" I told her "Umm yeah cool just contact me when your available I guess cause I know your schedule is pretty crazy". "Okay yeah of course" I told her digging in my pocket to take out my phone.

Y/N POV:
"Ughh what a long day" I said flopping right on my bed stuffing my face into my covers. *ding* "Ughhh can't I relax" I said getting up grabbing my phone off the nightstand.

Jungkook: Hey did you make it home safe?

Y/n:Yeah I did what about you?

Jungkook: Yep bout to watch a movie with the guys then go to sleep wbu?

Y/n: Oh okay hope it's a good movie and I finished putting up my groceries so I'm just finna crash.

Jungkook: Ahh okay sleep well goodnight 💜

Y/n: You too goodnight 😌

I placed my phone back on the table and turned the lamp off getting under my covers.

Mark her words mark her words. Y/n your just his friend nothing else don't let Lisa be right.

"Then why do I have this feeling in my chest" I placed my hand on my chest.

Jungkook Pov:
Y/n: You too goodnight 😌

"Come on jungkook we're waiting on you!!" Namjoon shouted "AHH JOON YOU KNOCKED THE JUICE OVER" Jin screamed "Sorry!!" He said.

I wonder if she's been lying and trying to see how i've been doing for Josie, I can't make assumptions I have to see first. There is a possible chance that I can get my Josie back. Y/n your my only hope.

"JUNGKOOK COME ON" Jhope screamed. "COMING" I said turning the light off walking out my room closing my door. "your my only hope y/n" I whispered.
