Sunday, June 26th || at her party 

my jaw dropped, i saw Derek with a gift and note. I ran over to him losing control of my body. i hugged him. He smelt like a new car with a hint of cologne. 

"you said if i come to see you, ill get your number so.." he handed me the note in his hand. 

it said...

will you finally give me your number? <3 

 i gave him another hug but this time while laughing. nobody's ever wanted my number so bad that they flew out to see me!?

"come follow me," i say dragging his hand towards rylees room (don't get the wrong ideas now 😭) we sat on the bed and i fixed my hair. 

"phone please!" I said in a soft voice. he smirked then handed me his phone, he put the passcode in. I finally found the contacts app. I put my info in and named myself, Noelle aka my number one shawty 😩

yes?          no?

"Done!" I say with a cheerful smile on my face, I give him another quick hug. my heart was pounding, he was so much taller in person. I wanted to jump around a scream, it was different than when we texted. I get to hear his voice, his tone and be able to enjoy his presence.

"Is this a dream?!?" I ask him...

"Nope, well im pretty sure it's not" he replies and laughs.
