"Come on Ezra, focus," I said, watching Ezra trying to focus on the bowl. We were in the kitchen, sitting at the table, while Ezra and I took turns practicing how to use the force. I was sort of getting the hang of it, but Ezra was having more difficulty. Chopper was watching us, make small talk. Chopper turned out to be very helpful at times and kind; I liked him. But Ezra.....well, they were having a hard time seeing eye-to-eye.
Ezra closed his eyes and placed his hand out, trying to get the bowl to float. At first, it looked like it was floating and I smiled at Ezra as he opened his eyes and looked. "Yes!" he cheered.
But then, Chopper moved a little and it showed that it was him who was holding the bowl up. Ezra sighed and I placed a hand on his shoulder. "I'm sure you'll get it," I said. He then glared at Chopper, and said, "Very funny, but I don't need your help."
Chopper grew angry and threw the bowl at Ezra. Ezra, shocked and angry, stood up and yelled, "Chopper!" Chopper rolled out of the room, and Ezra got up and started running after him, saying, "Come back here you rolling junk pile!"
I sighed and got up from the table. I noticed the bowl on the floor. I placed a hand out and concentrated on the bowl. It wiggled but shot into the air and slammed onto the table. I flinched by the noise but sighed; at least I got it on the table. I walked out of the room and saw that Ezra had stopped chasing Chopper and seemed to be talking to Sabine, who was creating more art on the walls in our room. I didn't mind her painting, but the fumes bothered me at times.
Chopper came up behind Ezra and ran into his room. Ezra went after him and I went over to Sabine. I looked at the painting she was working on this time and smiled; it was a giant phoenix, wings raised high, almost touching it's head.
"It looks great," I commented.
She smiled, "You and your brother."
I rolled my eyes, "You know it's obvious with him."
She laughed, "I kind of noticed."
Just then, there was a loud noise coming from Ezra and Zeb's room. Chopper came rushing out and was laughing. I raised an eyebrow at him. "Chopper, what did you-"
Just then, I heard shouting from the bedroom and suddenly, Ezra came running out, shouting, "It wasn't my fault!" He ran down the hallway, barely missing Zeb's fist. Zeb shouted, "Tell it to my fist!" as he chased Ezra.
Both Sabine and I looked at Chopper, who held two bolts. He started beeping and I sighed, "Why did you have to pull the bolts Chopper?"
He beeped in protest but Sabine went into there room and said, "Needs a little something."
"You do that, I'm going to check on Ezra," I commented, walking out of the room. Only to bump into David. I fell back, but David caught me, so it looked like he was dipping me as if we were dancing. I felt my face grow hot and he laughed, "We really need to stop bumping into each other like this."
I pushed him, only causing me to fall to the floor. He extended a hand towards me and helped me up. I heard more yelling from the cargo bay, and rushed through the hallway, with David close behind me. When I got to the railing, I saw Ezra and Zeb walking off of the ship, hitting one another. Hera stood next to Kanan and they watched them go.
"Where are they going?" I asked.
Hera looked up and said, "There doing a supply run."
"If I heard correctly," David said, raising an eyebrow towards Hera. "How on earth are they going to get a Meiloorun fruit on Lothal?"
Hera smirked and I sighed; they were going to have a long supply run. Kanan looked at me and said, "Come on, Eliza. You have some training to do."
