I'm now driving with tears in my eyes
"I can't believe he would do that to us" I say while rubbing my belly what am I gonna do
"Fuck" I groan in pain while wiping my tears away, I pull over and I grab my stomach "what the fuck" I groan out and grab my phone and call Isaac I know it's not the best idea but what else can I do
"Please answer" I say still crying but it goes straight to voicemail
"Isaac somethings wrong with the baby my stomach is cramping really bad and I'm scared and it just really hurts just please meet me at the hospital" I say trying to calm down then I hang up
I dial my brothers number next and he answers
"Jose somethings wrong with the baby I'm having horrible cramps and it's way to early to have them and isaacs not answering and I don't know what to do" I say crying
"Hey It's okay I'll call him and see what's going on okay I'm gonna send Lucia to go get you where are you"
"I'm here pulled over on McCartney street"
"Your actually close to the hospital do you think you can just drive there"
"Yeah I think I'll be okay"
"Okay well ima get Isaac and send Lucia to the hospital to be with you in the mean time okay"
"Okay thank you"
"No problem love you"
"Love you" I say back and hang up and I start driving towards the hospital
"Your gonna be okay" I say rubbing my belly again but I can't stop crying then a really bad sharp pain hits me and my hands jerk and all I see is white

Isaacs POV
"I really fucked up" I say putting my head in my hands after a bit of thinking I go to my room and shower I feel disgusting
I hear my phone ring but I'll call them back later I get out the shower and change I'm looking in the mirror and close my eyes but my phone rings again
"Brooo shut up" I yell frustrated and it stops then starts ringing again "Fuck me man" I say and get up
"What" I yell into the phone
"What the fuck is wrong with you" I hear Jose yell great she already told him
"I know Jose you don't need to lecture me on it she slapped me and yelled at me okay I don't need it from you to"
"What are you taking about Isaac but something is wrong with Bella she's getting really bad stomach pains and she's on her way to the hospital right now"
"What" I say not believing it
"Yes you jackass I'm on my way to your house to take you to the hospital you didn't answer when she called so I'm calling you"
"I can't believe this is happening" I say putting my hands in my hair
"I'm here so get your ass down here"
"I'm going I'm going" I say going outside and locking it and running down stairs and I get in the car
"Why did Bella slap you" he asks
"What" I say acting confused
"Earlier you said she was yelling at you and she slapped you why"
"Oh that"
"Yeah what did you do" he says and I sigh
"She caught me cheating"
"Your lucky we are worrying about my sister right now" he says and speeds up
"How long ago did she call you"
"Maybe 10 or 15 minutes ago"
"What do you think is wrong" I ask
"Well the stress you just put on her it's obviously not good for the baby"
Eventually we get to the hospital and run inside
"Hi what room is Isabella Sanchez in I'm her brother" Jose asks the lady at the desk
"I'm sorry but we don't have an Isabella Sanchez here" she says looking into the check in book
"What do you mean she isn't here" Jose asks
"Hey baby I was calling you I don't know where she is" Lucia says grabbing Jose's arm
"Alright I have a female in her early 20's theres a laceration on her neck and she's unconscious right now she also appears to be pregnant faint pulses for the both of them" I turn and see paramedics yell while rolling in someone and nurses come running
"Put her in room 17, mike call doctor Landon" one nurse yells
"Jose that looks like isabella" I say tapping his chest then it really hits me "JOSE THATS ISABELLA" I yell and run next to her
"Sir let go you can't come back here"
"Stop that's my girlfriend" I say fighting back
"Sir you can't come back here"
"That's my baby" I yell still fighting back
"SECURITY" he yells
"That won't be necessary I'll take him" Jose says and grabs me
