In this current situation I'm in now what do I do I lost my baby I don't even know how to process that like how do you grieve an unborn baby how am I suppose to be okay after this

"I think it would be best if Bella lives with me and Lucia for a bit" Jose says as we walk out
"What" I say and almost laugh in disbelief

"Oh but you do, cheating on her left and right" he says and laughs "my sister deserves better I really thought you would have changed at least for her but clearly not your still the fuck boy that likes the sleep around"
"You know what you're right fine all her shit is gonna be outside I want it gone by midnight" I say and push past him

"Bella I can see you" Jose says
I come out from the corner
"How much did you hear" he asks
"All of it"
"I'm sorry come here" he says opening his arms
"I just don't get it" I say crying into his shoulder
"I know he's a dick I'm sorry I even let him do this"
"It's not your fault my dumbass took the leap of faith"
"Agree to disagree, let's get you back to your room and get the doctor" he says walking me back to the room
"Okay Ms.Sanchez you had a laceration on your neck" the doctor says and I look at him confused
"You had a cut in your neck" Jose tells me
"Oh okay" I say understanding it better
"Also you will notice along your abdomen there is gonna be bruising because the impact from the crash hit your stomach really hard so it's going to be really sore" the doctor says
"The bottom of your stomach" Jose says after
"Thank you" I say to the doctor
"Alright well I'll be back later"
"Wait how long am I staying here for"
"You can probably be released tomorrow"
"Okay thank you" I say and he nods and walks out
"I hope you don't mind I called mom and dad"
"Just fucken great" I say and drop my head on the pillow
"They are in the waiting room if you wanna see them I'll go get them"
"Might as well"
"Okay I'll be back" He says and walks out
Alright let's be fake happy I think I can do it just smile Bella just smile
"Mija are you okay" my dad says and I nod smiling
"Is the baby okay" my mom asks and my smile drops and I look at Jose and he shakes his head
