Molly POV
I woke up the next morning and realised my dad was already gone, I got changed and headed downstairs. Everyone was in the kitchen drinking tea and talking, I ran towards Arthur who smiled and took of his cap, putting it on head. I giggled before moving my hand to try and push the cap up but Arthur grabbed my hand stopping me "now you be careful, remember there's a blade at the front, don't want it cutting yer fingers" he said before moving the cap up himself, I nodded. "Tom there's a car at the front?" One of the boys said causing everyone to move to the window, I tried to look but I couldn't see, "dad it's not Mr Mosley is it?" I said nervously knowing he wasn't due here for another two hours. He just smiled and lifted me up so I could see, I immediately recognised the man and smiled "it's Alfie" I said quietly, "it is, I sent him a letter, thought we could use the backup" he said and chuckled.

My dad walked out the front door to greet Alfie still holding me, I squirmed out his arms and moved forward a little, Arthur put a hand on my shoulder making me turn to look at him, we watched as Alfie stepped out the car followed by a dog. My dad walked towards him and shook his hand, I looked up at Arthur the at my father looking for some sort or reassurance, my dad nodded and held out his arm telling me I could come over, I walked towards them I shyly. "Ello little one, you ain't grown much since I last saw ya" Alfie said, I smiled "are you going to help us stop the bad man?" I asked curiously, "well my darlin I'll certainly try" he replied. I smiled and turned my attention to the dog I had only ever seen the shooting dogs that go with my dad and uncles sometimes, I tilted my head as it sniffed my hand, I ran my hands gently along it's head feeling the wiry fur. "Tommy you really haven't gotten this girl a dog yet" he said as they both watched me interact with the mutt, I heard him chuckle "she never expressed interest in wanting one, she knows the shooting hounds" he replied, "yeah but they're working dogs mate, this girl needs a furry friend in her life," Tommy rolled his eyes "come on let's go inside, Mr Mosley should be here any second."

We were sat in the office, Arthur stood next to the chair I sat on, Tommy next to me at his desk and Alfie was sat by the window with his dog laid by his feet. Mr Mosley entered the room making everyone tense slightly, Arthur put a hand on my shoulder for reassurance making me relax a little. "Morning Mr Mosley" My dad greeted, Arthur nodded at him then Alfie stood up from his seat "Mr Mosley, shalom, names Alfie Solomons" I didn't say anything I just played with a bracelet on my wrist. There was lots of talking, mostly legal stuff that I didn't understand, "I've just realised Mr Shelby you never told me your daughters name" Mosley said fixing his eyes on me, I flicked my eyes up then back to my hands, "Molly Shelby" I interrupted as Arthur's hand squeezed my shoulder a little bit tighter, I tensed my shoulder up slightly as a signal for him to let go. "Ahh so she speaks English" he said with a sly tone, "when she wants to" I fired back, I might be eight years old and tiny but I was Shelby blood through and through. Arthur smirked along with Alfie whilst Tommy stared at a rather shocked Oswald Mosley, "pentru o dată porcul rămâne mut" (for once the pig is speechless) I muttered causing Arthur to let out a chuckle. Tommy let a restrained smile slip before lightly hitting my arm and shaking his head, "este de ajuns" (that's enough) Tommy said before turning back to Mosley. "Thankyou for meeting with us today Mr Mosley" he said and shook his hand, everyone said goodbye and Mosley left.

"You may not have grown in height but you grown in attitude little one" Alfie said with a slight smirk on his face. I smiled, "Finn said because I'm the youngest I'm the weak spot, I don't want to be a weak spot" I said quietly, the sudden burst of confidence slowly dropping, Tommy rolled his eyes "from now own you keep your mouth shut In these meetings you understand!" He shouted, he'd never shouted at me before, I didn't say anything I just got up and ran out the room.
