I'm decently happy with how this came out, sorry it's so short though, but hope you enjoy!

After the confession Zander had sat down on a bench next to Luke, the autumn breeze blew leaves across the street and into the air.

He looked at Luke mildly embarrassed and not sure what to say. Thankfully he didn't have to know, Luke speaking first.

"Zander? Are you alright?"  Luke said cautiously, noticing he was averting his eyes to what was apparently a really intriguing sidewalk.

Zander nodded his head as he searched for words, trying to figure out how to ask without making a bigger fool of himself.

He began to speak stumbling over his words "Just- what exactly are we now?" He got out with some decency left

Luke studied him for a moment a fond smile on his face, "Well, I'd hope this would make us boyfriends" he said then after a moment  "but if you're not comfortable with that, that's okay," he added hurriedly

Zander crossed his arms across his chest in a nervous gesture, as he looked away from the leaf strewn side walk  to Luke.

"I'd like that" he said faintly before frowning slightly "I just, don't know how I'm supposed to act" the words coming out quietly

Luke grabbed his arm and pulled his into a hug, Zander stiffened surprised before uncrossing his arms and placing them around Luke. His hands digging into the soft fabric of his jacket.

Luke pulled away taking the warmth of the hug away to be replaced with the cool autumn air. He left his hand resting on Zander's shoulders and he spoke to him staring into his eyes.

"Zander, I'm still your friend too, just with a few extra things attached. you don't need to act any differently around me" his face shone with honesty

Zander smiled tiredly "Okay" he said simply. Luke moved his arms off his shoulders and sat close to him.

their sides touching as they watched as people down the red and Orange street. Leaves fluttered by as Zander closed his eyes and listened to the quite muttering of the wind and the gentle chatter as people walked by.

He took in the moment neither of them quite ready to confront the club yet.
