Sapnap and karl sat in the waiting room. Karl fell asleep on sapnaps shoulder, with tear stained cheeks.
Sapnap wanted to know what's going on with Quackity. They wouldn't tell them anything about his condition. And sapnap was getting annoyed.
And nurses kept coming over and telling them to find a place to go to get some rest.
But sapnap didn't want to leave. He wanted answers first.
A nurse walked up to them again as sapnap glared at her. "I'm sorry, but I have to ask you to find a place to stay one more time or I'm calling security."
"Fine" sapnap grumbled pulling out his phone as she walked away.
He went through his phone and clicked on dreams contant putting his phone to his ear.
It rung a few times then he heard a hello from dream who sounded tired.
"What do you need sapnap its roughly 4 in the morning" dream said annoyed to wake up so early.
"Karl and I need a place to stay" sapnap said closing his eyes.
"You have a fight with Quackity or something" dream said. You could hear him grinning.
"Can we come over or not piss baby" sapnap grumbled.
"Alright fine" dream said sighing.
"Be there in 45" sapnap said hanging up.
Sapnap pocketed his phone and turned his head to karl. He gently shook him and karl woke up.
"Did they say anything about him" karl said sleepily.
"No, we're going to dreams house" sapnap mumbled standing up.
Karl frown and stood as well. They held hands as they walked out to the call. They didn't even let them drive in the ambulance.
Karl got in the passenger seat as sapnap got in the driver's seat. They held hands as sapnap pulled out of the parking lot.
As they drove karl fell asleep. While the only thing sapnap could think about was Quackity.
When they pulled into the driveway sapnap noticed the lights were on. Sapnap got out and walked over to the passenger side and picked karl up bridal style.
He noticed dream opened the door for him and he thanked him.
Sapnap brought karl to the guest beds then went to the livingroom to tell dream what happened.
When he went out to the kitchen and seen George making tea.
Sapnap went to the cabinet and grabbed a glass filling it with water. "Hey sap you good" George said leaning on the counter.
"No" sapnap said putting his glass down.
George frown "what happened."
"Quackity's in the hospital" sapnap mumbles.
"What happened" George asked quickly.
---hours later 7 am everyone's up after going to bed for a few hours---
Sapna was lying on the couch as dream and George talked to karl.
Sapnap's phone went off and he picked it up. "Hello this is nick" sapnap said answering it.
"Hello this is the --------- hospital, are you the fiancee of alex ------."
Sapnap quickly sat up "yes it is, is he ok" sapnaps said quickly.
"We would like you to come to the hospital."
"I'll be there as soon as I can" sapnap said hanging up. "Come on karl, they're telling us how he is."
Karl stood up "bye, we'll see you later."
They get in the car and start driving to the hospital.
When they got there they went to the desk and asked for his room.
"6th floor room 483" the nurse said with a smile.
They went to the elevator and went up to the 6th floor. As they walk the halls they held hands.
They do the room and looked through the small window.
They seen Quackity laying on the bed with a mask over his nose and mouth.
A door walked up to them holding a clip bored. "Hello gentlemen."
"How is he" karl asked skipped the hellos.
"He has burns all over his body and is having trouble breathing, he'll be ok but in pain for awhile."
Sapnap let out a breath "thank you doctor."
"And we found these in his pocket" the doctor said pulling two rings out of his pocket.
Karl took them and the doctor walking away.
"Let's go in" sapnap said kissing Karl's forehead.
Karl gave a small small and walked into the room. They sat in chairs next to the bed staring at him.
There was bandages down his arms and band aids on his cheek and forehead. They couldn't see anything other bandages before of the night gown he wore.
"Sapnap is this my fault" karl mumbled looking at the rings in his hand.
Before sapnap could say anything they heard a faint voice "no it's not."
They look over to Quackity and see his eyes were slightly open.
"Alex I'm so sorry" karl said quickly standing up.
"No its not, I'm fine" Quackity said closing his eyes.
Sapnap took Quackitys hand kissing his knuckles.
Karl walked over to the other side of the bed and took his other hand.
"Are you sure your ok" sapnap asked.
"It's just a little pain" Quackity said smiling slightly. He looked up at sapnap and noticed he had bags under his eyes.
Quackity reached up and put his hand on the side of sapnaps face "sleep."
"What?" Sapnap said confused.
"Go to sleep" Quackity mumbled.
"I'm staying with you" sapnap said sitting down.
Quackity looked over to karl. "Karl make him go to sleep."
Karl smiled and walked over to sapnap. "What are you going to do" sapnap said closing his eyes.
Karl stood behind sapnap and leaned on his chair putting his arms around his chest. "Go to sleep babe" karl whined.
"I'm fine karl" sapnap yawned.
Karl leaned over and kissing sapnaps cheek, then down his neck.
"Mmmm" sapnap whined falling asleep.
"Got him" karl smirking looking up at Quackity to find him asleep again.
I should take a nap to karl mumbled walking over to the other side of the bed sitting down.
