Sunlight filtered through your window as you sat at your desk. it was spring, the faint chirp of birds were reassuring. The sun would be setting anytime soon and you were enjoying some soba while watching anime.
then you heard a knock.
You thought over your day and anyone who would have visited. you didnt remember inviting anyone, you thought: *hmm might as well see who it is..*. so you got up and answered it.
"um hello..?"
you stepped out and looked around, "could have sworn i heard something.." you went back in and took another bite of your soba.
a few minutes went bye and nothing else out of the ordinary happened-
a long screeching/craping noise sounded.
like someone scraped their nails across the walls "what the hell.." you got up to investigate and slowly made your way out your room. scanning the living room, looking for whatever the fuq made that noise. you stopped, there in front of you..
bloody claw marks ran across your wall.
your eyes widened. there was someone there you just knew it..
you heard a psychotic laugh erupt behind you.
you whipped around to look behind you- but no one was there.
"hell nah-" you ran into your hall way, while grabbing a knife on the way. The sun was setting, most of your house dimly lit now the only light was from the window across from the closet.. *THE CLOSET!* you thought. you ran and hid there peaking through the lines of glowing pink sunlight seeping through the closet like shades. knife in hand, high off of adrenaline.
You were sure someone was there, in your house, after you.
someone's footsteps echoed through the hall.
the once welcoming chirps of birds gone, instead silence replacing them. just to be drowned in the intense pulsing of your heart beat.
"My darling y/n~ where are you..?" the man's gaze traveled around the room then stopped at your closet..
where you had been.
he strolled over, the sunlight being snuffed out from where u sat.
"Hmm.. hiding are we?" he slammed the door open, you flinched.
trying to back away you let out a "Who are you!? Why do you want me??" he took a step closer. his hand reaching and caressed your cheek.
"oh doll.. You'll understand in time.."
