Chapter 4

For the picture I put I thought it fit since its Valentine's Day, and when I first found it, it made me laugh so I hope it makes you laugh too. ~Alice

Alice's POV:

A few months later everything was back to normal and Tré had quickly become one of my best friends, and I may have started to like him a lot too. Sweet Children had changed there name to Green Day due to there fondness of weed. They were also gaining a lot of recognition in Gilman street they even played a gig. One day we went over to Billie's to hangout with everyone and they told us they had a surprise, "We got a record deal!" Billie yelled once we stepped in the house. "Oh my god I'm so happy for you!" Jane said running up to Billie hugging him. I ran up to Tré giving him a hug and congratulating him. We kind of stood hugging each other for awhile before Billie cleared his throat. "Oh um sorry Tré." I said blushing. "No it's fine, plus you smell good." Tré said. "Oh thanks." I said. "So how about we celebrate with some pizza and beer?" Billie announced. "Yeah sure." Jane said. Once we got the pizza and everyone had at least one beer (I only had one because I had to drive Jane and I home.) we toasted a cheer, "To Green Day and to many years of success with them!" Jane said. We all said cheers and hit each other's cups. "Hey Alice I was just wondering if you maybe wanted to go on a date with me?" Tré asked while Billie, Jane, and Mike where off talking somewhere. "Yeah of course I will." I said. I smiled the feelings of butterfly's in my stomach. "Good because I really like you." Tré said then giving me a hug. He smelled so good. A little while later we had to leave, so we said our congratulations and goodbyes one last time as we walked out of the house. As Jane and I walked to my car I told her I'd be right back, I had to say something. I walked back into the house and Tré, Mike, and Billie where getting ready to start playing. But I ran up to Tré giving him a hug, and saying, "I'll see you later." I gave him a kiss on the cheek and walked out.

Jane's POV:

"We got a record deal!" Billie yelled when when we walked through the door. "Oh my god I'm so happy for you!" I ran over to him giving him a big bear hug. He held me tight and I could tell he was smiling. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Alice give Tré a hug, I smirked, I knew she liked him. Billie cleared his thought and I heard Alice say sorry. Her and Tré were talking about stuff, and Billie asked "So how about we celebrate with some pizza and beer?" I smiled at his offer. "Yeah sure." I said still sort of wincing about how I was about to intake so many calories. I ate a slice of pizza, and allowed myself to indulge in three beers. "To Green Day and to many years of success with them!" I said while raising my bottle. Everyone said cheers and clinked cups. The rest of the night was spent talking about anything and everything. Alice and I were being kicked out so the boys could start playing. When we were walking to the car, Alice told me she'd be right back and ran into the house. She must of forgot to give Tré a goodnight kiss, I laughed to myself. In the summer they released their first album. I was so proud of my Billie, I mean of all the guys. We spent the whole break traveling around, they played gigs in different cities. There were also a few times spent at beach, with a little more ass grabbing.

Alice's POV:

I was getting ready to go to a local bands concert that I had heard about through Mike. Mike was going to bring me because Jane and Billie didn't want to go they were spending time together or whatever, they act like they don't see each other at all anymore. And Tré wanted to come but he couldn't he had family stuff. But I was ok with going with Mike because I hadn't really gotten time to hangout with him in awhile because he's either practicing with the band or spending time with his new girlfriend Brittney who is really pretty and nice. And I'll be seeing Tré tomorrow for one of our "dates" I mean Jane and I call them these but he hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet, the feelings are there and we have been going on these "dates" for a few months or so now, so hopefully it will happen soon. Hopefully. My thoughts were interrupted by Mike knocking on the door. I opened the door stepping out onto the porch of my house. "Hey Alice are you ready to go?" He asked. "Yeah I'm really excited, and what's the bands name again?" I asked. "There name is Blink 182, they used to be called blink though." He answered. "Ok that's cool." I said. We started driving to the club that the concert would be held at. We made small talk and I was already having a lot of fun. When we finally got in the club they were about to start. The first song they performed was really good. They introduced themselves as Blink 182, and the guitarist who was very cute is Tom, the bassist is Mark, and there drummer is Scott. Overall the concert was amazing. I would definitely be looking for one of there CDs. Mike and I both agreed they were really good, and Tom had a pretty unique voice but I liked it. I also loved the song M+M's and so did Mike. I couldn't wait to get home and tell Jane about what was quickly becoming my new favorite band.
