The next morning
Im at work it's 8:30 am. The caffe is open 24 hours. I head to the back for my break it's now 12:09 i get off at 1:00pm. I then get a text.

Wanna take my order?

I smile at my phone and walk out and see Marcus. His hair is in his face god he looks so good. I walk over to him and he notices me and gives me a big smile.

Y/n:Hi can i take your order
M:Can i get a black iced coffee?
He says in a Australian accent. That was.... something else-.
Y/n:Ofc anything else?
He smiles
M:Yea umm y/n
Y/n:Yea?
M:No that's what I want
Y/n: I'll be back with ur coffee
I smile and walk away. I feel him just staring at me while I make his coffee. I go back to him.
Y/n:That will be $3
He gives me the money and checks his phone.
M:It's 12:49. I'll be waiting right here
Im cleaning the tables and I just see him staring at me. I go back to cleaning the tables then my alarm go off. I turn it off then go to the back bd get out of my apron, fix my hair, fix myself actually. I walk out of the back and see Marcus waiting for me.
M:Ready?
Y/n:Yea

We leave the Cafe and go get some ice cream and sit at a table.
M:So you the only child?
Y/n:No i have a little brother but he stays with his dad
M:You guys don't have the same dad?
Y/n:No
M: I wish I was the only child
Y/n:Max isn't bad at all
M: You don't live with her
Y/n:true
We talk more and we are having a good time but u really want to know if he broke up with Vanessa.
Y/n:Marcus
M:Hm?
Y/n:Vanessa.. are you two still together?
He looks at me like if he's about to regret what he's about to say.
M:I can't
I was shocked I wanted to slap him so bad. He promised.
Y/n:You promised
M:I know but
Y/n:But what Marcus
M:I can't break up with her
Y/n:Why not?
Im trying not to scream at him
M:That's nothing for u to know
Y/n: yea whatever
I get up grab my purse start walking away
M:WHERE ARE YOU GOING
Y/n: ANYWHERE AWAY FROM YOU

(Later that day Marcus POV)
I can't stop thinking about her. But I can't break up with Vanessa. I can but I can't I don't even know what I can do now. I'm just sitting by my window looking at y/n window hoping she will go in front of it. Then I see her walking to her desk and getting on her laptop and doing I don't even know what. I climb out of my window and thinking if I should go or not. Fuck it. I climb through her window.
Y/n:Leave
M:No
She rolls her eyes. I'm not surprised.
M:I'm sorry
Y/n:About what part?
M:You don't understand
Y/n:No i don't understand you told me you will break up with her. You promised oh but no we are having a good time next thing I know "I can't break up with her" maybe I wouldn't be so mad if you explained to me why but now I don't want to hear your bullshit.
M:y/n listen to me
Y/n:No i don't want to hear it
I climb out from her window and go back to my room. I need to break up with Vanessa.

(y/n POV)
Once he left I closed my window and my curtains. Laid on my bed and screamed into my pillow. Why can't he break up with her?. God I was so stupid to fall for him. Tomorrow is Sunday thank god.
