Me, myself and him

Chapter 1

"Emily!!!" Jane shouted from downstairs.

She was my best friend who I met in pre-school. We were friends ever since. But believe me if I say she is a totally different person than me.She is loud and bubbly while I am a quite and observed.

I rolled over to my otherside and pulled the sheets over my head. I was so cozy and warm and didn't feel like getting up.

"Emily it's 10 am already. Get your ass up. We only have today before you fly off to California." She said with sadness in her voice.

"Just 10 more minutes please." I asked while peeking through the sheets. She was standing at the side of the bed with her hands on her hips.

"Emily Watson if I get out of the shower and your not up I will leave without you." She said with a motherly tone.

I was lazy and didn't feel like getting up. But I know what's going to happen if I don't get up so I slowly got up. I walked to my dresser and took out some blue jeans and a white top.

I then walked to my bedstand and checked my phone for any messages.

Alison: I have everything ready for tomorrow so get some rest tonight and don't worry about anything. See you soon xxx

Emily:Thanks Alison. See soon xxx

I replied her and felt all the worry again. But I just shoved it a side.

Jake:Hi baby you wanna hang today?

Emily:Lol!! Of course jackass!!

I immediately lauged at that. Yeah Jake, he is our other best friend. We met him in second grade. He was so goofy and sweet at the time but now he is sexy and annoying.

"What's up?" Jane asked with her towel rapped around her. She just come from the shower.

"It's Jake. He want to know if we wanna hang today?" I said while walking towards the bathroom.

"Yeah. Well if he wants to tag along with shopping." She said with a toothy grin.

We both know how he hates shopping. He always complains about how we take our time and how we have no sense in brands so Jane know exactly what's his reaction will be.

I just laughed while closing the bathroom door. I took a 30 minute shower. Then I brushed my teeth and pull my hair into a messy bun. I didn't feel like make-up so I skipped it. After I am done I headed downstairs. Jane was already waiting for me.

When I entered the living room I was so happy to see Jake. I walked up to him and we hugged each other like it has been ages.

"When you guys are done can we please go already." Jane said with a annoys in her tone.

After me and Jake parted I quickly grabbed my phone and wallet and headed out. I locked the door and shoot to the car. Jane was driving since it was her car and Jake as always took passager seat. I slided in the back and we drove off.

We were all laughing and singing to the songs playing on the radio. After about a hour we arrived at the malls. Jake immediately started whining.

"Can we at least take the alvators this time I don't want to take the stairs?"Jake asked with a lazy smile.

" You are really one lazy bastard. "Jane said with a side glance.

" It's not fair. You guys know I hate this. "Jake said.

I just smiled at them. I didn't want to be involved in their fight.

We were heading into every dress, shoe and even lingerie shops. Jup Jake even come in with us.But he was to busy flirting with the assistance to feel embarrassed in a lingerie shop.

After we walked and shopped for every kind of outfits we settled for lunch. We allowed Jake to choose since we are shopping the whole time.

"Do you guys want to sit in a booth?"The waiter asked as soon as we entered the Cafe. Jake was talking to her while me and Jane followed behind.

We settled at the back booth and we gave our oders.

"So Emily are you gonna buy me that famous car before you leave?" Jake asked. He always wanted the new skylines but they couldn't afford it. But I think no one would afford it.

"No way. Do you wanna suck up all my money or what?" I replied with a glare.

"No I just want something that would remind me of you. Fast and beautiful." Jake said with a wink. I really didn't know how he become my friend, his to charming.

"You already have a bike." I said. On his 16 birthday we brought him a motorbike. He always wanted a motorbike but his father didn't approve of it but he still gave us permission to buy him one.

"Yeah but that was my 16th birthday gift now I want my 18th birthday gift." He said with a toothy grin.

"No fair you are getting all these expensive gifts while I get this semi-expensive ones." Jane said with a pouting face.

"Hey I only buy what you choose." I said.

Before we continued our conversation the waiter come with our food and drinks. We all ate in silence didn't mind to talk.

"This was the most delicious lunch ever. I don't know how you know which places sell the top quality dishes." Jane said with a satisfied look.

"Well it comes from my family dinners I guess." Jake answered. His family are big on dinners and quality time with each other. Sometimes he drags me with which I really don't like because his family can get pretty judgemental.

"Thanks you guys for today. I am going to miss this." I said with a sad smile. They have been there my whole life and I wasn't more happy then with them.

"We are going to miss you to Em." Jane said while giving me a hug from the side since she is sitting next to me.

"Oh please no. Don't you guys begin to cry infront of me." Jake said with a glare.Me and Jane wiped our cheeks and parted.

"Oh Jake I know you are going to cry the loudest of us all when I leave tomorrow." I said with a tease.

"Oh we will see about that." He said.

"Okey but can we head home and watch some chick movies and eat some ice-cream?" Jane asked.

"I will drop you guys at home." Jake said as we all stand up to leave.

"You are not joining us?"I asked. Jake payed at the front as we were passing by.

" No I have some plans with the guys. "He said while sliding his arm around my shoulders as we walked to the car.

" Oh. "I said. We reached the car and we got in. Me and Jane talked about the newest movies while Jake tuned out. We reached my home and headed inside expect Jake he left for the plans he had with his guys.

The whole night me and Jane watched chick movies. Jane was the first one passed out.I watched the last part of 'Ten things I hate about you' before waking Jane up and taking her to bed.

As soon as we reached my room we both fell asleep.
