So i still haven't shifted yet but the only times i get really close is when i have had total peace of mind. I don't know if this is necessary or will work for other people but just trying to eliminate as much stress as i could worked wonders.
I also practiced throughout the day of visualizing in first person since i tend to visual things in the 3rd person perspective. This helps me to feel as if i'm already there rather than watching myself be there already .
The final thing i do is listen to subliminals throughout the day. I feel like they just raise my vibrations and give me a better chance at shifting.
