"What is it young Y/N?" All Might asked "I figured out a technique I can teach Midoriya however the second part of her training will have to wait until she gets her quirk." - "alright how about you two get to that while I put together young Midoriya's workout regimen." All Might says walking off "alright Midoriya let's start with the basics."
First things first let's see what she can do I rush her and throw a punch catching her off guard nearly catching her but she has good reflexes. I keep throwing basic jabs getting her used to a basic jab pattern before I go in with a hit to the ribs making her cough and fall to the ground. "Well you got good reflexes and can read your opponents pretty well let's just build your stamina, speed, strength and everything else." She nods as I lift her shirt no higher than the bruise which makes her still blush like crazy. I then place some ointment which makes her shiver from my touch and blush more I then wrap it up in gauze. "There I hit you pretty hard, don't want it getting worse." Her still blushing gets up but trips over her own feet and lands on me "ow. Are you okay?" She asks when she looks down my response is muffled by her chest in my face "oh my gosh I'm so sorry!" She sits up and is sitting on my abdomen "do you guys need a moment?" Izumi looks up to see All Might with a look of shock "no no no! It's not what it looks like!" She says jumping up "just a classic anime misunderstanding." I say as he's clearly unconvinced "Welp who's hungry?" We then walk off to replenish our strength after a long day.
(Months Later)
"Young Midoriya you have come far and young Y/N you have also gotten much stronger. Young Midoriya it is time I grant you One For All. Now. Here are the fruits of your labor!" He plucks out one of his hairs "eat this."

My eyes go wide and Izumi looks confused "you heard me eat. Eat! Eat! Quickly!" Izumi hesitates before finally eating his hair and not coughing it up then I grab Izumi bridal style which makes her blush "hold on we don't want to be late!" Izumi wraps her arms around my neck as I begin sprinting at great speeds Izumi buries her face in my chest to stop from being scared as I come to a hard stop right outside UA's exam entrance while scaring the living sh!t out of a brunette taking the exam too. "AH! Sweet lord! You scared the living crap out of me!" I set down Izumi and then nonchalantly apologize to the brunette before wishing Izumi luck and taking off again. "I hope Izumi passes but oddly over these ten months I been feeling strange around her. I don't know what it is but I wish I could just punch this feeling away." I run right past a cat before going to my apartment and watering my cactus as a mosquito lands on my hand I proceed to smack it unsuccessfully. I then end up chasing the mosquito down the street trying to kill it then noticing Endeavor also unsuccessfully attacking a giant ball of misquotes "hey get back! That swarm is sentient!" The swarm then attacks us as Endeavor burns them all to nothing revealing a mosquito girl

and in the process burning off my own clothes "ah, the "why boner" and back with a vengeance." - "what are you on about?" Endeavor remarks irritated. The Mosquito girl proceeds to dive at Endeavor as right before she can skewer Endeavor I grab her needle nose as she continues to push me back I activate my quirk stealing hers making her turn back human. However the only thing that changed on me was... nothing I was still the same even the "why boner." "What did you do! Quirk snatcher!" Endeavor then arrest her "thanks for your help now go home please so I don't have to put this in my paperwork." I nod and begin my trek home as I explore my new power.
