1- School Mornings ☀️

- Ugh, why do I watch Azura fan fictions until 3 am? I'm always late in the morning! - said Luz, while running extremely fast to get to classes at Hexside.

Luz kept running until she bumped into someone and fell hard to the ground

- Hey! Watch where you- oh- If it isn't "round ears" - said the three-eyed witch, Boscha.

- B-Boscha, I'm sorry, it was an accident - Luz said, trying to help Boscha get up

Luz grabs Boscha's arm to help her but she rejects her help and pulls her arm away from Luz

- Ugh, don't touch me you filthy human! I don't need help... not from you!

Boscha gets up, picks up her books that had fallen out, and leaves in the direction of Hexside

- Damn... Clearly someone woke up
with their feet out of bed today...

Luz heard the bell ringing and ran in Hexside's direction

At Hexside...

Luz entered Hexside and saw everyone entering their classrooms so she did the same

She gets in the Abominations classroom, and sees Amity sitting on the back of the class, alone

She approaches her and smiles

- Hey Amity! I'm so happy to see you on both your feet again!

Amity jumps when she hears Luz's voice and blushes

- O-oh... Hey Luz! I'm happy to see you too!

Luz sits on the chair next to Amity and Amity gives her a nervous smile

The class started and Luz was focused but Amity wasn't... She couldn't stop looking at Luz and she couldn't believe that she was sitting next to her.

Sometimes Luz caught up Amity looking at her, and Amity looked immediately away when that happened. One time, Luz asked Amity:

- Hey Amity, is everything okay? Why are looking at me like that?

Amity blushed hard and looked at the floor, very embarrassed

Luz giggles softly

- Hey... it's okay, I don't mind

- Y-you don't? - Amity asked confused and smiling softly

Luz blushes a deep red and answers:

- I-I mean... Y-yes... Uhm... N-no... Uhm...

She couldn't find the right words to answer so she looked at the teacher again and focused

Amity and Luz didn't talked during the rest of the class

At the end of the class...

Luz and Amity both left the classroom

- Uhm... Excuse me Amity but I have to go to the toilet now...

- Oh... O-ok...

Luz blushed and ran to the toilet

Amity just saw her running away and sighed

At the toilet...

Luz enters the toilet and puts both of her hands on the first sink she sees in there

She looks at the mirror

- What happened to me in class? I ran out of words to answer to Amity's question... I don't get it... What does this mean?

Her heart started to beat very fast and she didn't know why...

- Okay Luz, go out there and try to act normal... Whatever is happening to me, it won't affect me anymore!

She takes a deep breath and leaves the toilet

She goes to Amity's direction

- I'm back...

Amity smiles softly when she sees her

Luz blushes softly and then asks:

- Uhm... S-so... Do you have any plans for when classes end today?

- Uhm... No... Not really...

- Oh... Ok then... Do you wanna hang out or something?

Amity blushes and her heart starts to beat very fast

- Uhm... H-hang out? T-the both of us? J-just the two of us? A-Alone?

- Uhm... Sure... Why not...

They both blush

- O-ok... I would love to... I-I mean I would love to bcs we are friends... But I can love it too, right?

Amity hides her face behind her book

Luz is confused

- O-ok then... See you at the end of the day, meet me at the exit!

Luz waves at her and goes to her class

Amity sees her going away and blushes
"I'm hanging out with Luz? No way... This is the best day of my life!"
