Katsuki covered his eyes groaning as the bright sun woke him from his slumber. He stretched and yawned before looking to the clock, finally realizing what time it was his eyes widening as he turned to his bedmate. "Oi wake up! We slept in!"

The red-haired omega sat up and checked his phone, "Shoot! We need to get going."

Bakugou nodded, "I'll go get ready while you call in sick."

Kirishima looked towards the alpha irritated, "Why should I?"

Bakugou looked at the male with displeasure. "You had your heat last night....It's best if you just stay away from large groups of alphas" He growled slightly before turning, "And you don't want to lure unmated alpha's to your side."

Kirishima sighed and picked up his phone. "Only because you told me to alpha~" Bakugou grimaced at Kirishima and nodded before walking out of the bedroom with his phone. Checking to see what he had miss.

21 missed calls from Izuku Bakugou.

Izuku Bakugou- Hey sweetheart text me when you're done with work!
At 3:30 pm

Izuku Bakugou- I have a surprise when you come home!
At 9:50 pm

Izuku Bakugou- Where are you?
At 12:00 am

Izuku Bakugou- I woke up and you weren't here... are you at work?
At 8:25 am

Izuku Bakugou- Kaachan?
At 10:15 am

Izuku Bakugou- Alpha please.
At 12:01 pm

He clicked on his wife's contact and waited for him to pick up. When his omega did he sounded out of breath his breathing heavier than usual, "Alpha! I was so worried! Are you okay? Did you get checked into the hospital again? Where are you?"

Bakugou smiled and crooned into the phone. "I'm sorry omega. I just was exhausted so crashed at the nearest hotel."

Izuku hummed, "Alpha needs to take more time off! I barely see you anymore." Katsuki heard Izuku's whimpers from the phone. He knew that the omega was probably suffering, he had to tolerate a month without his alpha for a stupid mission. He was probably already anxious knowing the day Katsuki was supposed to return home to him. He sighed as he knew that being late the day he was to return back probably didn't help Izuku's nerves.

Katsuki crooned to the later. "I swear I'll take the week off. Sweetheart. I swear it'll be me and you all week. No work calls no nothing."

Izuku giggled excitedly. "I'll have everything ready here! I'll make your favorite for dinner!" He bummed. "They'll probably didn't make you spicy curry while you were at the mission right? Oh and we can watch the new all night movie that released while you were gone! I heard it's pretty good-"Katsuki felt his guilt sink to the bottom of his gut as he heard the omega go on and on about all the things they'd do during the week.

Katsuki feigned a smile, "I can't wait sweetheart." Katsuki looked to the shower, he desperately wanted to get in and wash away the filth his friend. That was until he heard a knock on the bathroom door. "Sorry baby. I have to go. I'll see you tonight okay?"

Izuku hummed, "Mhm. I'll see you tonight!"

Katsuki hung up the phone and opened the door, greeted by an onslaught of omega pheromones.

He groaned, as he grabbed the red haired omega, today just wasn't his day.

Izuku smiled as he set everything up. He had already paid for the all might movie and had tidied everything up. He looked to his watch, and smiled going to the their bedroom to get dressed in something other than sweatpants and Katsuki's sweatshirt, he looked to the mirror and frowned, he was gaining some weight recently and his normally flat stomach seemed a little more round. He sighed, probably because of all of the stress eating I've been partaking in this month. He shook his head making a mental note to workout a little extra to loose the extra fluff.

He hummed as he looked to the time on his phone, he knew that Katsuki, on a normal day, would be home by 5. He had timed everything perfectly, it was 5:01 everything was tidy, dinner was almost ready giving Katsuki just enough time to get into the shower and relax. Izuku smiled, fixing things here and there as he tried to waste time. He sat down playing on his phone as he waited... and waited and waited.

He got up and made the plates for dinner as the timer he set went off. He sighed, So Katsuki's 15 minutes late no big deal. He'll be here soon. Izuku sat down waiting anxiously as 15 minutes became 30 minutes and 30 minutes became an hour. He stood up grabbing his phone and calling him pacing around as he chewed on his ice only to get the same voicemail he got yesterday. He hung up and sat looked down.

"S-So what if he's an hour late it's probably because he's fighting some villain!"He grabbed his phone looking for any news that indicated that Katsuki was in battle or in hospital. But there was nothing not a single report on the number one hero or any villains.

So what made Katsuki so late? He sat on the couch eating ice chips as he waited trying to fight away the negative thoughts. Soon Katsuki was three hours late, their dinner had gone cold and Izuku was pacing calling his number repetitively before getting his his coat as he called the number one last time once again hitting his full voicemail.

He sighed and got into his car backing up and driving to Katsuki's agency. His nerves where sky high as he drove, his brain going into overdrive as he parked at Katsuki's agency.

He stepped inside and smiled to the receptionist. "U-Um is ground Zero here?"

The woman shook her head. "He hasn't been here since yesterday afternoon..."
