Izuku sat at the stands watching as Katsuki beat the asses of the other hero classes. He blushed as Katsuki looked over to him and smirked. Izuku's breathing becoming heavier as he moved his thighs closer together.

Inko, a beta with no sense for omega or alpha scents cheered loudly. "Beat their asses Katsuki!"

Izuku blushed and tried to calm down his pheromones cheering loudly for Katsuki, only to remember the deal they had made earlier. He blushed and yelled, "Don't let them win Kaachan!" Katsuki smirked while someone sitting behind Izuku, Inko and Katsuki's parents glared holes into the back of his head.

But Izuku was too focused on Katsuki to notice the glare fixated at him....

Izuku paced around the room anxiously, his mom trying to calm him down. "But what if he says no?! W-What if he leaves me at the alter mom?"

Inko smiled and held Izuku's hand before speaking, "Don't worry darling. He loves you more than anything else on this planet." She hugged him tightly before looking at the time. "I have some things to check on before the ceremony... I'll be back right after... okay darling." Izuku nodded as his mother left him alone in the room.

But as the time ticked by a sinking feeling began building up in his gut... would forever truly be forever when Katsuki had such a risky job? What if their love dwindle and died? What if Katsuki decided that Izuku wasn't enough, what if Izuku wasn't enough now? What if one day soon Izuku would have to bury the love of his life into the ground?

Izuku's mind was racing, so much so that he hadn't heard his mother when she reentered the room. "Izuku... It's time baby."

Izuku looked over, nodding as he looked into the mirror. This was the start of his happily ever after, his forever.

But would forever last long enough?

Izuku opened his eyes looking at his scenery anxiously, it was white amongst white. Mostly silent minus the heart monitor beeping with along with Izuku's every heartbeat. Izuku stood up wincing with every movement... but hey... at least he wasn't dead.

He sighed a breath of relief before looking around further, he would be lying if he didn't say he was disappointed that Katsuki wasn't there when he woke up.

Guess I'm really not worth anything to him anymore.

He sat on the bed looking down as he whimpered his heart feeling heavy. Because of this he did not noticing the door opening before him. Nor the old man with a thick mustache standing before him. "Hi there, I'm your doctor Kyudaki Garaki, and you are?"

After getting over the fear he had felt when the man suddenly popped into his line of vision did Izuku speak, "I-Izuku Bakugou." Izuku spoke softly, his throat feeling rather sore from all the crying he had done before.

The doctor paused, a smile slowly coming to his face. "Oh? So you're married to Groundzero?"

Izuku looked to him before looking away. "Yes..." How long till he would get to say he was the partner of Groundzero? He frowned as his thoughts went astray. Only being brought back to reality when the doctor spoke once more.

The doctor smiled, "Should I call him, Mrs. Bakugou before I tell you your condition?"

Izuku shook his head, still furious and heartbroken with Katsuki for everything that had happened before he was taken to the hospital.

"We'll Mrs. Bakugou, as you have already connected you passed out on the side of the road, some passerbyer saw what they presumed was a dead body and called 911. And you were brought here, we got you settled and comfortable here, and did a normal checkup."

Izuku shivered at the word normal, because for some reason the word normal coming out of this man's mouth felt as if it had a different meaning.

"Well Mrs. Bakugou I'll cut to the chase. During our checkup one of our nurses saw your mark, and came to the conclusion that you were an omega. So we did some extra testing." He smiled to Izuku. "Mrs. Bakugou you're pregnant."

Izuku looked to the man wide eyed, all his previous suspicions flying out the window upon hearing that sentence. Pregnant? Of course he had always wanted children, especially recently when his loneliness had set in and the quiet had made him anxious. He looked up to the doctor. "H-How far along?"

The doctor smiled, "You're about three months along Mrs. Bakugou." Izuku gulped, of course he'd be that far along, it was the last time Katsuki had touched him in the past 4 months and that was only because of his rut, and Izuku's heat. Izuku sighed as the doctor spoke "We have treatments we could preform if you don't want the child-"

Izuku let out a growl covering his stomach, "I want the child..."

The doctor grinned, nodding. "Then get some rest Mrs. Bakugou, you can go home tomorrow." Izuku nodded and laid back as the doctor left the room, pulling out his phone and calling a number.

"I think I just found a solution to your problem Shigaraki."
