"WOW THIS UNIFORM looks good on me." jie looked at himself up and down through the mirror. the hanlim uniform giving him confidence. in his head saying it was worth spending half of his money he's been saving up.
the door burst opened with beomgyu walking in, mostly to get his backpack. "you look nice.." beomgyu eyed his uniform. even if both didnt really talk a lot much, since jie could barely understand korean, they still managed to give each other small talk.
"um.. thank you.." jie have him one of his awkward smiles. "you look nice too hyung!" beomgyu hummed, slung his backpack over his shoulder and walked out the shared room.
jie let out a sigh, unplugged his phone from the charger and saw recent messages from his sisters, who were crying in their group chat of how grown jie looked in his hanlim uniform.
jie ignored those two's messages and went on twitter. searching up whatever and looking at whatever. jie was laughing at whatever came on his page.
deciding it was enough, jie got up from his bed, got his backpack and began walking out of his room. all the members were in the living room, except for taehyun and yeonjun who were preparing lunch for them.
jie began walking over to tae and jun, but yeonjun seemed to notice him. a large grin spreading over his face, making his yellow hair bounce as he ran towards him.
"jiji! i made you lunch for your first day at school!" yeonjun embraced him into a tight hug. "thank you.. um.." jie wiggled around- hating how someone was showing skinship towards him.
"yeonjun leave him alone!" soobin who happened to realize how uncomfortable jie was, got up from the couch, walked over and separated both of them.
"thank you hyung.." jie whispered to soobin. "cmon soob, i'm just going to show jie the lunchbox i made for him." yeonjun rolled his eyes and dragged jie away from him.
"hey! how come you don't make us our lunch?" huening walked to the kitchen where everyone was, except beomgyu. "cause he's my baby." jun backed hugged him, making jie jump a bit.
"wow hyung you look so cute!" hueningkai squealed taking appearance of his uniform. for the first time; taehyun turned around- to notice how neat jie looked. "he always looks cute, what are you talking about?" taehyun asks hueningkai.
everyone just seemed to ignore taehyun and resume back to yeonjun. "look," jun went back to the main part of the kitchen with a lunch box behind him.
"don't open it up yet though.." yeonjun brought the lunch box in front of him, it was a pink case with a flowers, clouds, butterflies and a cat painted on.
jie's cheeks went red. he was slightly embarrassed out of how pink and girly it was. good thing his mask was covering him up. from behind him; you can hear huening's loud shriek and heard taehyun and soobin murmured him to shut the fuck up.
