Eight hours and three cups of coffee later I was interrupted by Leia, reminding me of my prior commitments and that if I planned on having any guys swoon over me tonight I'd have to take the time to comb my hair and get out of my frumpy business attire.

Despite pleas and complaints for a couple minutes more, I sat in my car ten minutes later, eyes buzzed open from the caffeine high and headache still rampant.

Once home, I ate a proper meal, took a cold shower, and blow dried my luscious hair, attempting to unfreeze them from the malformation of a hair tie, left in for hours upon days.
Soon enough I had on an attire I would never wear to work, a white baggy tunic, tucked into light blue ripped jeans and a faux leather jacket to put it all together. I wore dangling earrings, misted a bit of my favorite perfume, took one last look in the mirror and was off.

I mounted my motorcycle, pulling the helmet over my head and hanging a pair of unnecessary sunglasses down the V-neck. 15 minutes later I stood outside a modern bar with large windows. The place was well lit from the small shopping center and yellow street lights besides it. The asphalt was wet and reflected the lime green of the bar sign. I walked in and with the tinkling of the bell on the door a couple eyes looked up at me.

Looking around I realized I was the first one there. So I took a seat on one of the couches by the windows. Ordering a gin n vodka, a white wine, and a pomegranate cocktail and listening to the hubbub.
Soon enough the door made a sound and Dahyun walked in, shaking her black umbrella before propping it to the side of the coat hanger. Her eyes lit up as she saw me and her white wine.
"Hey! How are you cub?" She gathered me into a hug before settling down and taking a sip of her drink.

"Hey! Nothing much, just work. You?" I smiled face splitting-like

"Same old, Same old. It's been so long!" Her brows furrowed and she pouted a little before asking, "Did Tzuyu say when she was coming?"

"No, but I'm assuming-" the door chimed once again and Dahyun and I turned to see Tzuyu in an oversized fluffy jacket. "..She's right there" I spoke, we watched as she roamed her hands over the material of her jacket to brush the water away before she pulled off her hoody letting her hair fall over her shoulders. She made her way to the table with a smile.

"Hey guys! Hope I'm not late."

"Hey! Not at all I just got here." Dahyun spoke,

"Yeah, I just came and ordered drinks it hasn't been long." I said,

"What did you order?" Tzuyu said raising a perfectly manicured brow

"A pomegranate cocktail of course, I don't want to hear you go on and on about how you despise the taste of beer again."

Tzuyu smirked, "I'm glad,"

"Oh hey how's that creep Cole?" Dahyun asked a hint of concern in her voice.

"Stupid as always, he pulled me away during work today to just, ugh! he gets on my nerves. But, I'm not just going to quit my well paying job for one guy." I took a swig of my drink

Two heads nodded absentmindedly in agreement towards me.
"Hey but if you need I can always invoke Title VII of the Fair Employment and Housing act, just let me know." Dahyun winked.

"Yes of course," I laughed. "Anyways enough about this how is work going for your guys?"

"Nothing much I've been loaded, it's really a buzz month with so many up and coming artists." Dahyun spoke

"I agree, the company has gotten so many assignments with new artists who just signed we need as many hands on deck as possible." Tzuyu spoke.

"Yeah of course and they especially need some extra help when the head of Chou Entertainment is sneaking around with a lover... I read the tabloid." I spoke, a smirk on my face

"Ah yeah I saw that, one of my clients brought it to me. Spill Tzuyu. Spill!" Dahyun exclaimed, now holding her drink with two hands like a child.

Tzuyu's face stayed blank and bored, but the light pink on her face did little to hide her embarrassment. "There's no one."

Dahyun and I squinted our eyes. "That sounds so suspicious you don't even know." I said,

"Look I just met someone and thought they were cute. So we um hang out sometimes." Tzuyu cleared her throat. "Yeah,"

Dahyun and I burst into laughter, 'Um, yeah' Dahyun mimicked, "Who is this? Someone from work?" I asked.

"What? No, I'm professional that way, and besides I need those fools to be working I have so much to do right now." She looked down at the pomegranate cocktail.

"Includingyourlover. *cough cough*" Dahyun covered her mouth hiding a snicker and I bit my tongue.

Tzuyu rolled her eyes and acted as though she hadn't heard that comment. "Hey Chaeyoung, we were both on the same production team and I've seen you work, can you come film some projects?" She asked,

"Me? I don't know, I left all that. Besides, I have a lot of work to do and a new big client."

"Come on, we had so much fun at our internships together, you even got to work with Angel Asylum! Hey you still have a crush on Sana?"

"No, I don't. And yes we had fun but I don't know if I should go back into all of that."

"Chaeyoung if you want you should do it, rather than thinking about what you're supposed to be doing, besides don't you have overflowing vacations. Take some time off." Dahyun spoke,

I nodded, would it really be so bad to go into something I enjoy? I truly had no excuses to not go. "Okay but I have a couple ends to tie up I need at least three days. When does shooting start?"

Tzuyu jumped in her seat from excitement, "We plan to start a week from now."

I took in a deep breath, "Perfect." I felt my grip tighten around my beer still shocked with the decision I had just made.
