Ranboo:

I walk through a tall birch forest getting wood when I hear a call for help. "Hello!? Anyone over here!?" I ran towards the voice and I almost run into the person who was yelling. "Ranboo?"

"Charlie?" Charlie was definitely a slime. He had sticky, green skin that dropped on the floor and magically disappeared. He was bouncing almost as if on a slime block. "When did you get here?"

"Literally just a few minutes ago."

"What was all that yelling about?" A leather cap starts moving towards us. Charlie looked confused, amused, and scared all at once.

Charlie turned to me. "Who or what the *BLEEP* is that and why the *BLEEP* is it moving"

I give a little chuckle before responding. "That's just Wilbur"

"What the F-" I burst out laughing at his surprise, I thought he had already met Wilbur.

"Ayup!" Charlie's glasses were tipped sideways and sliding off but he didn't fix them, just stood there in shock.

"How in the world are you doing that!?"

"I'm a phantom Mr. Slime"

"Whoa" I stand there watching the conversation unfold with lots of 'What the *BLEEP*' and 'This. Is. Epic.'.

"I announce something" I look up seeing Charlie fixed his glasses and all shock had passed him.

"What?" I stand there with a questioning look on my face

"We, Ranboo, are going to make an independent nation"

"You mean.."

"Let's make America baby!"

"Heck yeah!"

"You guys are just *BLEEP*ing idiots"

"USA!" USA!" Charlie chants as we get him stone tools and we start trying to get wood. I turn to see Wilbur and his 'dashing' leather cap that I gave him.

"Charlie?"

"Yeah?"

"Have you seen Tubbo?"

"Yeah, he's getting pretty muscular. But I don't know where he is if that's what you mean." He gives a surprisingly deep chuckle "He's a good kid though, but I would watch him if I were you" I was startled by the slimes words. Tubbo? Trouble?

"Why?" He gives me a tired look

"Figure it out for yourself, or take the advice"

"I need to know the reason"

"Figure it out yourself another time"

"Charlie-"

"USA! USA!" He began chanting as he walked towards the crafting table dancing weirdly. The words stuck into me 'I would watch him if I were you' 'Figure it out for yourself, or take the advice' what was Charlie trying to tell me. Was he pointing out Tommy? How he doesn't believe that Tubbo is for everyone? Or maybe it is pointing out that on the inside I want Tubbo for myself. I shake the thoughts out of my head for the time being, right now we are colonizing America. I turn to see Charlie looking at me. "Did you hear what I said?"

"What?"

"Can you please go get some more wood?"

"Oh, uh, yeah." I head towards the partially cut down forest and start swinging my ax. Who does Tubbo like more? Me or Tommy? Tommy and I both don't have any other friends, and Tubbo has two. I would definitely consider Tubbo to be my best friend. My thoughts get cut off with two arms wrapping around my waist and a head digging into my back.

"Tubbo?"

"He's gone! Tommy's gone!"

"Huh?" I turn around to see Tubbo standing there, his hands shaking and tears running down his face.

"He's gone, and he's never coming back."

"You can't know that for sure" Tubbo looked tired and weak.

"You don't know Tommy, he-" Tubbo collapsed into my arms.

"You need to get some rest"

"But Tommy!"

"Tommy can wait, Tubbo you aren't in good condition right now." Tubbo shakily pushes away from me and leans on a tree.

"I have to go find him. We need to help him!" Tubbo's back slides down the tree until he is sitting on the ground with his face in his knees.

"Tubbo, I don't wanna risk you being hurt"

"You don't understand Ranboo! This is all my fault!"

"No it can't be, Tommy probably chose this"

"I can't just leave him out there all alone Ranboo!" Tubbo looks at me with red, water stained, cheeks. "He's already hurt, he could die Ranboo! And I was the one who let him go" Tubbo gets up, holding onto the tree for dear life.

"What do you mean he's hurt?"

"He has a big wound along his arm! He is going to die out there Ranboo!" Once again he collapses into my arms. "It will be all my fault. I won't be able to live with myself if he dies. The guilt, the pain I-" I interrupt him by picking him up and start heading to his tree house. "Ranboo! We need to go help him!"

"We can do that once you're better." I speak calmly to try to make him stop struggling against my grip. After a solid 2 minutes of struggling he finally gives up. Once we get to his house I climb down the ladder holding him tightly and put him into bed.

"Ranboo, please let me go" Tubbo looked at me with tired, pleading eyes. "Please"

"No."

"Ranboo!"

"We can help him tomorrow, you need rest"

"Ranboo w-"

"How about this, first thing tomorrow morning, if you are awake and you can walk without a problem, I will come with you to go find Tommy" He pauses for a moment debating the offer.

"You promise to wake me up?"

"No."

"Do you promise to help?"

"Yes." He looks me in the eye and then puts his face into his pillow.

"Fine"

"What was that?" He takes his head out of the pillow"

"Fine."

"That's better" I walk away with content in my face. Tubbo would kill himself to get to Tommy. Tommy shouldn't do this to his friend, his best friend, the one who will never judge him or hurt him on purpose. But what if he is already dead, Tommy, please don't die on me.
