this section includes how you will know you have shifted, what will happen once you shift and some affirmations

~ i will know i have shifted because i will smell mint and i will feel three taps on my forehead

~ once i shift my eyes will automatically open, not too soon and not too late but exactly when i shift

~ for the first time i shift: when i wake up in my desired reality i will be sat on a bench and Tony will pull over in his car and come hug me. We will both get in the car and he will take me to Starbucks, we will get drinks for whoever has requested. Then we will get back into the car and Tony will take me to the compound. Peter Parker will come running to hug me and explain how he has been so excited for me to join the avengers. Steve Rogers will come over and help me with my things. He will show me around the compound and take me to my room. He'll leave me to unpack until all the team come home. Tony will collect me from my room to meet them all. They are all very welcoming and we will eat dinner and watch a movie together.

~ after the first shift: when i wake up i will be in my dr bedroom 

~ affirmations: every time i shift i get 100x better, it is easy for me to shift, i am an expert at shifting, i can shift no matter what method i use, i believe i can shift, i will shift successfully, i have the ability to shift, i am focused on shifting
