Imagine that Midoriya and Todoroki start dating, they cuddle and act all cute together, They are dating for about a year when Todoroki starts acting differently. He's distant, always busy, and it seems like he's avoiding Midoriya. So Midoriya makes the decision to break up after a few months of this going on.
"Todoroki I think we should break up." Midoriya says one day stopping in the middle of the dorm hallway. Todoroki looks at him confused and says a simple 'ok' and walks in the other direction. Midoriya continues on to his dorm room a little put down at how easily Todoroki just agreed and walked away. He didn't look saddened at all.
A few weeks go by and Midoriya is now dating a guy from the business course Tsukishima Kei. (Don't come at me, he'sthe first name I thought of when I think Business) They go on cute dates and stuff, Tsukishima has even met Inko, and vice versa with his parents. Everything is going great until Todoroki shows up at Midoriya's room one day a month later with a big box.
A few seconds pass after knocking a tall blonde guy opens Midoriya's door. "Who are you?" Tsukishima asks. "I'm Shoto Todoroki, I'm here to see Midoriya. Who are you?" Tsukishima glares down at him. "Babe, who's at the door?" Midoriya walks into the doors view and spots Todoroki. "Why are you here Todoroki?" He asks confusedly.
"I'm here to give you your present." Shoto says holding out the box to him. "Present? For what?" He opens the box and inside is some really old AllMight merchandise and a few blank notebooks and pens, he looks at Todoroki, "Is it my birthday or something?" Todoroki shook his head, "No. It's for our 2nd Anniversary. How did you forget?"
Izuku looks at him confused. "What do you mean 2nd Anniversary? Todoroki we broke up 3 months ago." Shoto looks confused, "I'm confused? What does going to a different direction have to do with this?" Tsukishima suddenly starts laughing. "Oh my god, he's so stupid."
"Todoroki, I dumped you, broke up with you, 3 months ago. We aren't dating anymore." Midoriya says, shocked that Todoroki didn't realize what happened. Todoroki's eyes widen, he wasn't dating Midoriya anymore? Did he do something wrong? "I've been dating Tsuki for a little over a month now." Todoroki looks at the blonde guy, who is still trying to cover his laughing, and nods.
"Okay, I wish you a happy relationship. You can keep the gift. I'll see you in class Midoriya." Shoto turns around quickly walking away towards the elevator to go to his room. Once he makes it to his room he locks the door. The tears start to fall. He looks around the room at all of the pictures he had of him and Izuku on his dresser.
He throws the first picture, one Izuku had taken himself, across the room, the glass shattering as the frame hits the wall.
