Bella the mermaid (twilight fanfic)

Chapter 1

Bella's pov

My name is Bella Sertori and I am 16 years old and I am a mermaid and as a mermaid I can control anything with water which I absolutely love but the bad news with being a mermaid is that if I get any water on my body I will change and my tail will come out and then it takes me forever to dry out and if it's in a public place it's even harder.

So I also have a older sister called Cleo and she took care of me when I was younger but 2 years ago I left her and my pod because I didn't like living under water I wanted a life above seas and she wasn't happy about that but she let me go anyway because she knew I wasn't happy and so then I moved out of the sea and onto land which I love.

Now I am living in a town called Forks and I have a lovely house off of the sea where I can go swimming as my mermaid without anyone seeing me and so I am in my living room watching TV and I am getting my dinner at the same time and when I was done my dinner I stood up off of the couch and I went into the kitchen.

Then I went over to the sink and I carefully washed the dinner dishes and as I was finished washing then I accidentally splashed water over my hand and so I said shit and I felt my body change and the next thing I knew my tail was out and I hit the floor and then my tail started flapping up and down and I screamed and then I reached for a towel and I started drying myself off.

Once I dried myself off my tail disappeared and I was able to stand up again and once I stood up I said my god I've got to be more careful and then I took a breath and I walked over to the stairs and I walked up them and when I got up them I opened my bedroom door and I went inside the room and ran over to my bed and I lied down on it and fell to sleep after a while of reading my favourite book.
