Chapter 6

5 years later

Bella's pov

It's been 5 years now since I asked the pack to help me and since I moved in with Sam and Emily and I am now 21 years old and in the last 5 years I have had a good life I mean 3 years ago I was adopted into Sam and Emily's family and about 2 years ago I started calling Sam and Emily mom and dad which they love and I am now Roman's big sister who is now 11 years old by the way and I have got so much closer to the pack.

Right now I am in the water at the la push beach swimming as my mermaid and I love the sound of the water but everytime I let it in it seems to call me home so I have to ignore it which I hate and so I have been swimming in the water for 3 hours now and suddenly I hear someone call my name so I swim up to the surface and I saw my dad Sam standing there so I swim over to him and I bring myself up onto the beach and I sat there as my dad threw a beach towel around me and then dad looked at me and said Bella your mom wants you home.

So I said what why I like it out here and my dad said Bella please come on and I said as my tail disappeared ok fine and I stood up and me and my dad walked towards our house and when we got to the house we walked up the the door and dad opened it and we both walked inside and when we got inside we heard mom shouting and I knew Roman was in trouble so I ran into the kitchen and I saw Roman lying on the floor crying so I ran over to him and I helped him up and I hugged him and said Roman are you ok.

Then Roman said yeah Bella I'm fine thank you and I said your welcome bro and then I looked at mom and I said what happen and Mom said he got expelled from school and I gasped and said Roman what happened and Roman said some boys were kicking me and I got in trouble for it and I said so little bro do you want me to go water hero on them and Roman smiled and said yes please and I laughed and said sure bro let's go.

So then my dad said don't even think about it young lady and I said what why they were bullying my baby brother and Mom said yeah but that doesn't mean you can go bully them and if you do Bella your grounded and I said ugh fine let's go bro and then me and Roman ran to the stairs and we were about to run up them when the doorbell rang so I said go ahead bro I'll up in a minute and Roman said sure sis and he ran upstairs and then I went to the door and I opened it and when I opened it I saw my sister's friends Rikki and Emma plus 2 mermen from our pod called Zack and Jack and I gasped and said no please.

Then Rikki said your sister wants you home Bella and I said well tough I'm not going and then I slammed the door and I shouted mom, dad and they both ran out of the kitchen and mom said Bella what's wrong and I said my sisters friends and 2 mermen outside the door and dad said what how did they get through Jacob and Jared and I said I don't know but they did I need you both to go upstairs and get yourselves and Roman out of here and dad said what about you and I said look I can keep them out but not for long and mom said but they will get you and bring you home Bella.

So then I said I know but I have to keep everyone safe I'm sorry I brought you all into this now please go and my mom said but Bella and I said no go I will be ok and both mom and dad said ok sweetie we love you and I said I love you too and then both mom and dad ran upstairs and then I turned to the door and I put a water shield over the door as I heard the back window break and Roman shout no wait on Bella she has to come to Bella come on and I shouted I love you Roman go with mom and dad and then everything went silent and then I felt my water shield break and the front door busted open.

Then Rikki, Emma, Zack and Jack walked inside the house smiling and I said please I don't want to go back and Emma said we are sorry Bella but you are the true ruler of our kingdom and you will become queen and I said no I won't and I blasted water out of the taps and I splashed it all over the 4 who I hate right now and after a few minutes of waiting nothing happened and I gasped and said what how no way and Zack said sorry princess but your sister made us some new gagets we can't change while we have these braclets on and I looked at all there wrists and I gasped and said she did it she really did it.

So then Jack said yes she did and it's time for you to come home and I said I'm not going anywhere and then I heard from behind me yes yes you are and I turned around and saw Nate my sisters husband and he was the most powerful merman in the kingdom he could knock you out with on blow of water and I gasped and said as I started crying Nate please don't I just want to be left alone I want to have a real life and Nate said well that's not possible for you now you can either come peacefully or I will force you to.

Then I said thinking of the pain his water blows can be fine I'll go peacefully and Nate said good girl now put your hands behind you back and I said what no you can't tie me up how will I swim and Emma said well that's easy use you tail now hands and I said fine and I put my hands behind my back and Zack walked over to me and tied my hands up and then Rikki said good now let's go and.

So then Rikki and Emma walked out first and then Zack and Jack went at each side of me and I went in the middle and Nate went behind me and we all walked out of the house and we walked to the beach and when we got to the beach we all jumped into the water and our tails came out and we started swimming under water in the same order from my house and we didn't stop swimming until we got to my kingdom.
