Ky Smith. Book 5 of The Smith Family Saga.

Chapter 3.

We have been here for 3 day's. They bring us small meals twice a day. It's something, I guess they think we are rouges or something? The guards don't talk or look at us really. They bring the food and out they go.
Day 4 and I am getting really pissed now. I get up moving to the bar's of the cell. Grabing them I use every ounce of strength and ice I have breaking the bar's. Ry and I run out, moving quickly and quietly to the main floor. Once here we spot the front door, runing to it we are stoped by a male voice calling out to us. STOP!! He yells, I turn slowly to face the man. Ry turns as I do, there is a man at the top of the stairs. He's got to be the beta? He walks down slowly his scent is of power but not alpha power. It's woodsy with a hint of rose's. It's nice but not my mate. Looking at Ry he might be one of hers? Ry steps in front of me. We are leaving, try to stop us again I cut your heart out! She growls at him. He smiles like she just asked him out or somthing? The Alpha comes down behind him looking at me. I know he's one of my mate's but hey rejected once by your kind fuck all of you. I reject him and turn and walk out Ry doing the same. Once outside we run as fast as we can. The wolves hot on our tails. We make it out of their land's. Still runing, we don't stop until we hit the state lines of New York. We walk around looking at the city. I really don't like it here, more of a country girl myself. Ry on the other hand doesn't mind the city life. We find a store looking for help, we look at ourselves knowing we can't apply for a job the way we look. I pat my pants looking for the 400 bucks I stored up. I smile pulling it out. Ry slaps my arm whisper yelling at me. You had money this whole time! We could have had food dumb ass! I roll my eye's. We walk until we find a store with ok price's. We buy two outfits, change and head back to the store needing help. We apply, walk out, head to a McDonald's. We eat about 50 bucks of food. I know it's not the healthiest food but hey we have not eaten in a year so to us it's like Thanksgiving. After eating we leave. At night we walk around until morning. We check with the store but we didn't get the job so we walk on. We need to shower and what not. We take a boat to Manhattan and walk around. I spot a back door to a really nice hotel open. We get in just fine, going to the spa of the hotel we grab a key card to a room on the 10th floor, and two robes. Once at the door we quickly get in and shower. After we put the robes back on and head out. Moving down the hall. We turn the corner and coming our way is the owner of the room and a hotel worker. We hold hands walking right past them. The owner of the room growls lowly at us as he passes us. Once they turn the corner we run for it. Geting back to the spa there are 10 wolves outside it. 7 males and 3 females. One is the luna. We walk trying not to get in their way. We make it to the back door before the Alpha of the pack stops us asking Who are you? We turn slowly seeing 15 wolves standing there. The owner of the room we were in was the son of the Alpha. Well fuck! I think to myself.  The Alpha ask again with a growl. We step back one step. The Luna breaks throw the men. She looks at us then smiles. She turned to her mate. Honey their just little omegas. They won't hurt no one. Look at them they look like they haven't eaten or had a home in year's. Can we keep them she asked jumping a little. The Alpha never takes his eyes off us. He asked again who are you? I change my eye's to their glowing blue as Rys goes glowing gold. The Alpha nods Their royals he says to the other's. The Luna gasped and jumped up and down saying OH MY GOD I HAVE NEVER MET A ROYAL BEFORE!! We cover our ears as she is very loud. The Alpha puts his hand over her mouth saying honey their ears are 10times as bad as ours. They can hear for over 1,200 miles all around them. It hurts to the point of wanting to kill something for them. She nods he puts his hand down she turns to us whispering sorry! We nod but don't take our hands down. My body is still feeling the screaming its a weird feeling going up and down your back. Making you want to growl and snap at it. The Alpha pulls our hands down. It's ok now he says. He's got to be 6 to 7 feet tell all of them towering over us. It's overwhelming with this many wolves around us. He asked how old we are? Ry told him our name's and ages. He asked what kind of supernatural we are? Ry told him, they gasped and some took a step back. Some readied themselves for a fight. The Alpha smiled at us, saying let me guess You had a pack who beat you,  mates who rejected you, went to sleep, came out like this, and are now trying to get back home? We shake our heads no and yes. Ry tells him, we were raised by our family but when we went to sleep they were already sleeping. We needed a safe place to be while we were at our weakest. So we went to what we thought was our old family homeland but turns out it was the pack land's of Black Rose. We helped out a little and then we're rejected by two of our mate's, then ran for it. Roughing it out in the woods for the night we were taken by another Wolf pack thrown in cells while our next two mates the Alpha and beta of the pack acted like they hadn't found their mate's so we broke out and they tried to stop us but we rejected them knowing they had just been with other girl's. Guess that's were the rose smell came from! I think to myself while Ry continues to tell him everything up until now. At the end he nods saying welcome to the Nights pack. We look at each other confused then back to him. Well it's not home but it's something until our family is back. We shake his hand accpecting his offer. After we done shaking his hand we both turn and run out the door. Runing to the nearest woods we can find. Once deep as we can get our shifting begins.
