2day's after the baby was born the doctor released me. Ky has not lift the boy for more then the time it takes for her to go to the bathroom. We still have yet to come up with a name for the pup. I dont know how to take the fact I had a pup? A beta male carrying has that ever even happened before?
Walking throw the front doors of the castle, everyone jumped out yelling CONGRATULATIONS!! the pup woke up at the loud sound wailing. Ky harisly graded at everyone. Shhing them. Our mother calmly tried to take the pup from Ky who hissed at her. Mom stepped back, I took the pup gently and softly handed him to my mother. Ky pouted and stomped up the stairs. Mumbling it's my pup as she went up. I smiled after her. Big baby I heard someone mumble. Looking I seen it was Jase but he was also smiling up at her. Everyone cooed and awed over the new pup. Mom had combined a baby shower and welcoming party into one. As I was opening the gifts from everyone I felt a wave of intense sadness and pain throw my soul. I know it wasn't me or Jase. It was only I second as I looked up the stairs locking eyes for just a moment with Ky before it was gone, pushed deep down into her heart. She closed the link when she seen I felt it. I turn back pushing it to the side for later. Smiling i open the gifts. After the shower we all ate and laughed. Jase helped me to his room with the pup. Once we were comfortable, he took a much needed shower and changed. Laying down with me in the bed. We were out in minutes.
The pup woke up just 2 hours later, I was going to get up when I heard her beautiful voice singing to him. Jase and I lay here listening to her. After she has fed and changed him, she rocked him back to sleep. Then she was gone, to were I dont know. We are going to have to catch her in order to talk to her Jase says into the dark room. I smile knowing it wont be as easy as he thinks it will be.
This morning I got up feeling a lot better still not my full self but much better. After getting dress I headed downstairs knowing Ky already had the pup. I enter the kitchen and my mom and Ky are in a stare off. I chuckled and gently took the pup from Ky. Handing him to my mom and making me a plate of breakfast. Ky walked out of the castle. As I was eating my mom was cooing at the pup. I felt it again the deep sadness and pain, it was gone faster then it came. Sighing I pushed my way throw the link. Seeing ky curled up into herself in her vampire form I could see the blue tears as they fell down. She felt me looking at her and in a flash I was pushed back and the link tightly closed harder this time. I ate my breakfast and took the pup washed him and put I new outfit on him. Jase caught up to me as I was walking out to the woods. In a small clearing we found Ky still in her vampire form. I laid the pup on a blanket in the grass, and walked back to Jase. Ky made no move after an hour passed she got up and walked away. Jase shifted and ran after her. I could hear they fighting with each other. My parents came as soon as they could taking the pup, I shifted into my wolf which i got after mating with ky and Jase the first night. Running to them i see Ky is not really fighting back. Kine is holding her by the back of her neck going to mount her. Jase don't, not like this man. I linked him. I cant stop him I am trying. He linked back. Ky saw me and for some reason she bit into kine he dropped her and she ran. Kine was not badly hurt it just shocked him. We stood here for a few minutes looking to where she went. We shook it off and walked back to the castle. Dad and mom were fighting in the living room. Dad was yelling at mom, you know how their kind is hannah. Hes my grandchild. Mom yells back. It doesn't matter hannah to her it's her pup. No woman is to touch their pups until they are completely comfortable with that female. Now she wont have a damn thing to do with that boy ever!! Dad yells back. Jase and I look at each other realizing what I have done. Jase takes the pup yelling for mom to get out. You will regret this Jase. Mom yells back. I already to mom Jase whispered. Dad takes the pup, I will wash him as best I can and try to find him something that doesn't have your mothers or a female sent on it. I thought you two knew this stuff but I guess taking them classes were for nothing. He walks upstairs and into a room. Who's room is that I asked? Its were Ky has been staying. Dad yells. We nod and shower change our clothes and head out to find Ky. Jase linked everyone we had all around the two lands and who ever was in the human town's. If you see her try to detract her until we get there! Yes alpha king. We took off to were we have seen her last and went the way she went.
Someone from 2 towns over linked Jase we spotted her drinking walking down the street with a man whom we dont know but he smells human. Kings, we both growled running as fast as we could to the town. It's a human town but we have people stationed all over. I can see in Jases eyes hes angry but hurt and missing his mate. I feel the same way brother. We nod to each other with the understanding of what we are going to do when we finally reach our beautiful little angel mate. With new hope and the thought of her safety in between us in our bed we pushed harder and harder. Reaching the human town in less then 30 minutes. We met with our look outs and they told us where they have gone.
