Shigaraki x Bakugou

Soft Shiggy AU

This is right after The Vanguard Action Squad (VAS) attacked the summer camp.

Shigaraki POV:

I walked into the bar right after the VAS came back to base from the attack on UA's summer camp. I saw one of the class 1a students tied up in a chair, if I'm being honest I kinda felt bad for him. Not that I would ever admit that out loud.

"Who's the kid?" I asked.

"Katsuki Bakugou, his quirk Explosion. You should have a pretty good idea of who he is from the UA sports festival." Dabi responded.

"Good work vanguard." I put on a fake smile. The only reason I put Bakugou on the priority kidnap list was because Master told me to. I really didn't want to kidnap him. I actually think that he deserves to become a great hero just like he wants to. No matter if I hate hero society and want to defeat for some reason ever since for sports festivals and I saw how ruthless the kid was. I kinda gained a soft spot for him. That's why I was hoping that he wouldn't be the one that would be kidnapped but of course it's just my luck that he was the only one they got.

"So Bakugou, we brought you here because we want you to join The League of Villains" I smiled.

"I'll never join your pathetic group of idiots" He spat back, just the response I had expected.

"I thought you would say that, we will give you some time." I said before shooing out all of the other members of the League. I walked out of the bar and up to my room. I never thought I would say this but I hope the pro heroes come and save him. I don't want the only person I like, and I mean like, to go through this. I knew that the VAS members meant good when they brought him in but they didn't know how much pain this was causing me. I stayed in my room for a few hours so I knew everyone would either be asleep or in their rooms. I walk out and down the stairs to the bar. I didn't forget that Bakugou was sitting tied up in that room but I tried to ignore him and got a drink.

"Really? Drinking vodka at 1 am? I wouldn't expect anything less for you, damn villain" He remarked. Well that hurt.

"Whatever kid, you're probably just jealous" I chuckled.

"What, that you get to drink?" He asked, I just nodded. "Well, you would be right," He said, I definitely didn't expect that.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Well I guess that adults have some sort of escape, you know from your thoughts. Mr. Aizawa found some of my stash and I got suspended. I don't have that kind of thing." He said.

Bakugou POV:

Why am I saying this? I guess for some odd reason I did kind of feel comfortable around Shigaraki. Like he would understand what I'm saying.

"I get where you're coming from. But it's not all good, you have taxes." He laughed, I like his laugh.

"Yeah because I would believe for two second that you actually do your taxes." I remarked, but the comment wasn't filled with my usual venom. Shigaraki laughed and set his drink down. He got up from his seat and walked over to me. He pulled a key out of his back pocket and unlocked the cuffs around my wrists. After that he undid the bindings on the chair I was sitting in. Once I was free he walked back over to the bar and grabbed a second glass, filling it with vodka.

"What are you doing?" I asked, confused.

"Come sit." He said gesturing to the barstool next to him. I stood up and walked over and sat down. He slid the other glass to me.

"Let's see how well you handle your alcohol" He smiled, causing me to blush. I grabbed the glass and took a sip.

"I'd say I handle it pretty well," I said. "Why are you being nice to me?" I asked.

"Well let's say you were the one student that I didn't want them to bring back." He said he must be getting drunk, I decided to use that to my advantage.

"And why is that?" I asked, smirking.

"That's a secret," He said. "Also don't tell anyone about this, they might kill me." He followed up.

"Don't worry about that. I'm just glad to be out of those fucking hand cuffs." I chuckled.

"I can't imagine why" He joked.

"Why do you seem to not give a fuck about the other 1a students but you care about me?" Not only was I taking advantage of his drunkenness, but I genuinely wanted to know.

"Well Bakugou, let's just say I think you're kinda cute" He laughed and poured himself another drink.

"Wait what" I said, almost spitting out my drink.

"Well ever since I first laid eyes on you I wanted us to have an enemies to lovers arc" He said with a smirk. He knew exactly what he was doing, even if he was kinda drunk.

"You know most people might think that hand of yours is weird or stupid. But if I'm being honest... I think it's kinda hot" I smirked. I could see a light blush on his cheeks, it was cute.

"Why thank you, Dabi thinks it's weird since it's that hand of my dead father that I murdered but it has meaning you know?" He said.

"Yeah I totally get it" I said, I was getting kinda drunk now too. I sorta lied when I said that I can handle my alcohol.

"I don't think you were telling the truth when you said you could handle your alcohol Bakugou." Shigaraki said, smiling.

"Maybe I was, maybe I wasn't," I said.

"I think you were. Lying isn't good you know." He said.

"You're one to talk, you and I both know you were lying when you said you thought I was kinda cute" I said, raising one eyebrow.

"You got me" Shigaraki shrugged.

"But I was also lying when I said I thought you were kinda hot" I laughed.

"Oh really" He smirked.

"Maybe" I said.

"Well if you think I'm so hot and I think you're so cute then maybe w-" He started, but I knew where this was going so I cut him off by kissing him. He smiled into the kiss and kissed me back.

"Is that what you wanted?" I asked him.

"You read my mind" He laughed.

"You know what? I'll join. I'll join the league." I said.

"Did I change your mind?" He asked.

"Maybe" I smirked.

"I trust you Bakugou," He said.

"Because I'm drunk?" I laughed.

"Maybe" He pulled me back in for another kiss. Maybe the League of Villains isn't so bad after all.

I really don't know how to feel about this, on one hand I kinda like it. On the other hand I think it's kinda cursed. Either way, I hope you enjoyed :) ~AJ (1156 words)
