My life was never interesting, just a life of a regular teenage girl. I always dreamed of living the life of a fantasy wonderland but that never happened until I departed my hometown of sunny-side state Florida and moved to freezing Maine.
My whole life felt like a waste of time as I glanced at his eyes. A spark of aspiration kept me near him, we were different species. Yet, I felt a connection between us. He was the one I was looking for, we were destined to cross paths or else I wouldn't have even dreamed of travelling hundredths of miles away to come to an unknown and remote location.
I began to discover things that seemed untrue. I began to hear his voice even if he couldn't speak. It was like my life had a purpose, like I wasn't ordinary at all.
Maybe life does have surprises waiting in every corner.
Daniel:
She came.
It was like a miracle.
But we weren't supposed to be friends, she was in danger every second she spent time with me.
I feared she'd get hurt because of me.
No.
I can't let another person who I love die.
Never.
