izuku's pov

"change of plans, all of ua is going down. kill everyone" todoroki said in his cold monotone voice while pulling out his shadow bear mask

"what? no! we can't do that they're our friends!" i yell

aizawa looks over to me and kacchan with confusion in his eyes

"problem child? "

"im so sorry todoroki, we cant do this.. we cant let you do this!" i yell summoning my cat mask and dashing towards the bi haired boy

"oi! wait!" kacchan yelled from behind me

i quickly summon a dagger and swipe at todoroki but he dodges and falls to the ground

"stop this midoriya, you dont want to go against your father do you?" todo said getting up

"i dont care anymore! you cant just hurt our friends! i only started this because i realized not all heroes are as righteous as they make us think they are but at the same time there are heroes who deserve to be celebrated but arent. ive realized now theres no changing that... but that doesnt mean we can just kill everyone because of it!"

at that moment i felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulder and i realized something.

"this whole time..." i whisper to myself  i glance at todoroki then at kacchan and aizawa 

"kacchan come here.."

he walks up to me and i reach deep inside his mind to find just what i was looking for. so thats what was going on... i remove the thing i found and realization then dawn on kacchans face

"izu..." kacchan looks at me tears in his eyes

i turn back towards todoroki who was glaring at me and kacchan.

"so you figured it out... well guess that means its time to take my leave.." the bi haired boy took a step back and disappeared into one of kurogiri's portals

"DOES ANYONE WANT TO EXPLAIN WHAT JUST HAPPENED!?!?" i turn and see a pissed aizawa eyes aglow with his hair and capture scarf floating

"i-its a long story..." i mumble looking down at the ground but then quickly averting my gaze from the ground due to the blood mixed with what looked like brown hair on the carpet

from the looks of it only endeavor and two students were killed wait no, make that one student and a trash can. mineta isnt a person. then again neither is endeavor so a perverted trash can a flaming trash can and a student. come to think of it why is mineta here? wasnt he expelled?

i felt the capture scarf wrap around me as aizawa took me and kacchan into custody. we deserved it... we deserved to go to jail after all we did... 

Time skip to interrogation at police station

i was separated from kacchan once i got here so i havent seen him since showing him the truth. hopefully he's okay..

"lets get started" aizawa said walking into the room with tsukauchi.

i nod

"now, tell me everything from the beginning"

[insert summary of story so far cause im to lazy to re-explain everything]

"i see... and that thing you figured out when todoroki attacked? what was that? and why are you suddenly changing sides?" aizawa questions

"when i rejected the idea of just killing all the heroes it was like a kind of fog was lifted... a fog that i didnt even realize was there...my father...he used a quirk on me and kacchan maybe shinsou too that made us change our ideals... the whole time we thought it was us thinking that we wanted to be villains... but the quirk gave us that idea... now that its lifted i know that normally i would have kept persisting on wanting to be a hero... despite what all might said.." i explain

"what did all might say to you?" aizawa asked his expression softening

"i asked him if i could be a hero despite being quirkless...he said i couldnt"

"if he wasnt dead right now i would have punched him for that" i hear aizawa grumble before turning to tsukauchi

"do you still want to be a hero?" he asks

"of course! if it werent for what happened i would have never stopped wanting to be one!"

"he's telling the truth... its safe to let him go" tsukauchi says

aizawa unlocks the cuffs that were keeping my hands on the table and leads me to another room where nezu and kacchan were. when i saw him i immediately ran up to him and gave him a big hug

"hey nerd.." kacchan said hugging back

"so they are both cleared?" nezu asks

tsukauchi nods "yeah, but there is one more student midoriya brought up that we want to interview" 

nezu nods and tsukauchi leaves

"now, we need your help to get rid of the lov are you prepared to fight your former allies?" nezu asks

i look at kacchan and he looks at me we turn back to nezu and nod

"we're ready"
