"How am I supposed to pretend I never want to see you again.."

-part two-

-kenma's pov-

A few hours passed since hinata told me about Kuroo and Kageyama coming over. I just finished beating the boss on my game and decided to try and get some sleep. After putting my game down I rapped myself up in a blanket and closed my eyes. Upon closing my eyes I hear a faint knock at the door making shoyo quickly getting up and answering it. At this point I just decided to just act like I'm sleeping so they won't bother me.

"H-hey guys! come in!" Shoyo said well moving away from the door and motioning for them to come in. First walked in Kuroo who seemed to be happy with the fact he was allowed in here. If it wasn't for Shoyo he wouldn't be in here anyway, but I guess he is now so ill have to deal with him for a little while. After Kuroo came Kageyama who had his face buried in his phone, so I'm assuming he hasn't noticed the tangerine is here yet.

After walking in Kageyama slowly looked up from his phone and meet eyes with hinata. His eyes widened at the sight of his ex-best friend standing right in front of him. Kageyama quickly begin to take a few steps back Hinata quickly grabbed his sleeve, catching Kageyama off guard. "Hinata I-"

"Shut up and let me talk to you!! C-come with me.." Shoyo shouted with tears starting to form in his eyes as he dragged Kageyama out the door with him and closed it.

I quickly popped my head up after hearing the door close. Wait what the hell?! Did they actually just leave.. what if something bad happens well I'm not there.. or what if Shoyo gets hurt and I'm not there to help him.. I quickly got up and started walking towards the door when I flinched at a hand being placed on my shoulder. "Don't, they need to sort this out by themselves Kenma." 

Out of reflex I swatted the hand away from my shoulder. "Who gave you permission to touch me? Also something bad could happen, I need to be there for him." I said well shifting my eyes up to his, but instantly melting well doing so. His goddamn eyes catch me off guard every time I look into them.

"Oh.. sorry about that.. but things could end up worse if you interrupt them. Just please let them be, okay?" His voice was softer this time, almost like he was hesitant to talk louder in fear of breaking me. He gave a soft smile that made my heart melt, but he then looked back at the door. "I'm sure they'll come back soon."

"O-okay.. and it's fine.." I normally don't stutter that much or ever... I guess I'm just really scared for Shoyo. Kuroo soon looks back down at me making his hair fall into his face. Not going to lie it looked really... uh.. good.. yeah. Good on him.

"Okay! Now we wait I guess." He then stood straight up and walked towards the kitchen. "Do you guys have anything to eat?" 

Well shuffling back my bed "Get your own food, you literally live next door you stupid roster." By the time I finished talking I was already laying on my bed and pulling a blanket over my head. This is the closest I'm getting to shutting that idiot out. 

He gave a perfect laugh that made my heart skip a beat. Goddammit I really hate feeling like this. "I'm not a roster! and I can't leave until those idiots get there crap shorted out!" He half shouted at me, wow he's actually really annoying, what a shocker.

"Whatever. Would you just shut up already, I'm trying to sleep and I can't do that when your screaming like a small child aren't you supposed to be in collage? I said with the tone being a bit more aggressive then I intended it to be. I could feel his eyes scan the pile of blankets I buried myself under, almost like he I could see him when in reality all I'm really seeing is the under half of this blanket pile. I heard footsteps making their way to the side of my bed then the sound of someone plopping down on the floor beside me. Out of curiosity I poked my head out from the covers, but soon regretted this decision as his eyes met mine once again. At least I could finally make out the small things about his face, like how he had a few very faint freckles on his face or how he had small bags under his eyes making it look like he hasn't slept in a day or two. I also  noticed Kuroo's eyes lost the shine they had earlier.. this probably being my fault seen has I yelled at him a few minutes ago.

"Uh.. sorry Kenma for being loud! You can go back to trying to sleep I'll make sure not to bother you." He looked.. different, maybe mopey. Honestly it made my heart hurt a little bit, but instead of trying to make that feeling of hurt go away I flipped to my other side and hugged the balled up blankets in my arms. With this I soon fell asleep leaving Kuroo alone waiting for Shoyo and Kageyama come back inside.
