Eun Woo steps into my office with a smug look on his face. I eyes him with arch brow forgetting the paperwork on my desk. He suddenly sits down on the chair in front of my desk. He lazily stretch his arm and place it it back on the armrest of the chair.

"I heard you struck out yesterday?" He taunts me.

I leaned back at my chair with smug look on my face. I nod my head. "It's almost as bad as every time Minnie rejects you."

Eun Woo smiles deflates, "Cheap shot." He mumbles

"Says the guy who waltz in my office unannounced just to rub in my face that I got rejected."

Eun Woo then looks at my paperwork and back at me, "What's that?"

I sign out in annoyance, "CEO of Kim's Market Source wants to partner up, so I am doing research."

"Kim Namjoon?" He asked. I nod my head, "That's odd..." Eun Woo thought out loud.

I nod my head in agreement, "It is, until I look at the these paperwork. Their energy resources prices risen up at few dollars with that, apartments, building and company are backing out of their contract."

"So they reached out to us?" Eun Woo ask with a confuse look.

"Yep."

"Why?"

I shrug my shoulders, "I can afford it. This hotel is expanding and I assume he checked out our electricity partner and is trying to strike a deal." I close my folder, "And with us opening a second hotel, I guess this was his good choice in timing."

"But Namjoon is a smart guy, how did he loose all his partners?"

"He didn't loose all of them. He still has four big companies as his clients, and with a few restaurants and convenient stores here and there."

"Who are the four companies?" Eun Woo ask in curiosity.

"Jin Hits Entertainment Agency, Choi's Fashion Market, Dahyun Investment Corporation, and IBJ Legal Firm."

Eun Woo's eyes widen. "Those are really big people." I look at my computer, then at Eun Woo. We sat there silently for a second. "You are doing it aren't you?"

I shrug my shoulders, "I have a meeting with him tomorrow at his building. I will see what he is offering and how beneficial it will be for us."

"What did BamBam say about this?"

"He think it's a good thing to be in line of the four big companies. And I agree."

"Well.. does that effect with the construction work?" Eun Woo asked.

I shook my head. "No. The plans are still the same."

Eun Woo is the Co Director of Wang's Construction. He and Jackson are making a big deal with a their friend Minnie, who is the architect assigned to build my next hotel. Minnie didn't have a job for six months and Eun Woo begged me to give Minnie a chance and I did. So anything that can stop Minnie from being part of this Hotel, will crush both him and her.

Eun Woo breath out a sign of relief. He stood up from my chair. "Well I have to go."

I had a sly smirk on my face, "What another appointment to get rejected."

Eun Wok gave me a sarcastic laugh and glares at me. "I am meeting Minnie to discuss something about your hotel."

"Uh huh, keep embarrassing yourself." I taunt him.

He shrugs his shoulders, "At least I didn't waste 2,000 on my first attempt."

"Fuck off." I grumble.

With that he left my office. I threw my hands over my face and slowly slide it down with exaggerated huff.

Lalisa Manoban.

A girl who I couldn't stop thinking about since last night. And from Rose, she is single, straight but not interested.

That alone was interesting as it is.

It was close to 6:30pm. It was time to head home. I packed up my things and head to my car. My assistant Yeri was by my car. She was looking through her list of papers when I approached her. She didn't see me, until I clear my throat.

Her eyes widen when she notices me. "Oh great Mr. Jeon, I was hoping to catch you before I leave." She smiles as she finds the papers that she needs. She hands them to me. "These needs to be filled out by tomorrow. I have to fax them out by noon tomorrow. And the papers in the blue folders, Kim's Market Source actually emailed them to me last minute. He said he wanted you see his future plans, and in hopes it will further the partnership if we accept his offer."

I nod my head as she explains to me what I needed to get done at home. Her phones rings, and I noticed her brows slightly furrows.

"Yeri, you need to get home. I know your schedule. Your nanny is probably needing you to be home. I got the rest. Email me if there is anything else." I tell her.

Yeri has been my assistant for 3 years but been working for my hotels for 10 years. She's really good with our VIP guest but she is a single mom who was struggling. I hired her because I felt like she needed someone to understand her. And since then she has proven she was amazing assistant and mother.

She gave me appreciative smile and walks away.

I got home and review the paperwork that Yeri gave me. Kim's Market Source are really changing things. I didn't understand why. His electricity resource was good but changing it to more expensive one and ruin his connections with his small local businesses. It was strange. I guess that's something I would have to ask in person tomorrow.

I was done with work when my phone suddenly rings. I look down and it was an unknown number. I answered it without a care.

"Hello." I answered.

"Hello may I speak to Mr. Jeon please?" The sweet voice from the other line replies.

"This is he, and you are?"

I small laugh was heard, "Hi, I am a temporary receptionist from Kim's Market Source. I am sorry foe calling you so late but Mr. Kim wanted to me ask you for a favor regarding your meeting with him tomorrow."

The voice sounds familiar but I couldn't put my finger on it.

"And that favor is?"

"He was hoping to move the meeting to 2:00pm tomorrow."

I rolled my eyes with irritation. Well that's not a good way to start at partnership. I open my laptop once more and look through my calendar. It seems I do have some time at that hour.

"Yes that's fine." I tell her.

"Great. We will see you tomorrow at 2:00pm Mr. Jeon. Have a good night." You can tell she was relieved and happy with my answer.

"And who is this again?" I asked out of curiosity.

"Oh I'm sorry I didn't introduce myself. I'm Lalisa Manoban, a temporary receptionist."

Lalisa Manoban.

I smirk. This has to be fate playing some game. What are the odds.

"Perfect. I can't wait till tomorrow Lalisa Manoban."

I let her hang up first. My night was fill with thoughts and anticipation of meeting the mysterious girl again.
