"Grace, honey. Would you be willing to help us, get closer to Maverick?" Gee asked.
She was hesitant. "If you don't want to-.." I begun.
"Yeah. Cherry's in too."
"You are?" Jake asked, looking at her. "I may aswell. I can't let Grace do this on her own."
"Thank you, girls." Gloria said, a smile cracked onto her face.
"There's always a fee at the end too. So you'll get paid." Jerry said, fixing his tie.
"Right, give us a day or two to plan this shit and we'll be ready." Gee explained, heading upstairs.
"Alright." I said, back in Jake's arms.
There was silence as all the adults left. "So, uh- how was you and Hazel?"
"We was fine. She's actually doing good in there. She's not in there as long as Angee is, which is good, right."
"How long does she have?" I darted aggressively. "I can't remember really, but less then Ange."
I nodded slowly. ''Don't worry, she's not out to kill you like Angelica is, and Angee wont find you in 8 years time.'' She tried to console. ''Mm.'' I said, sitting up from Jakes chest again.
