Hit by True Love

Chapter 1

              You still get the glares from your fellow Slytherins because you're always sitting at the Gryffindor table, breakfast and lunch and always hanging out with Harry, Hermione and Ron. They all hate Gryffindors because they are the "enemy" house, but Gryffindors are not that different from Slytherins and they're not that bad.But you try to ignore all that, especially this year with the Triwizard Tournament and the yule ball.

              "Are you guys excited for the yule ball this year?" you ask Hermione, Harry and Ron.

              "I'm honestly kind of nervous," Harry answers.

              "Same, I hope I'm not going to be the only one without a date. What about you Hermione?" Ron asks, looking at Hermione.

              "I'm actually really nervous about what's going to happen. And I don't know who I'm going to ask out, or even if I'm going to," Hermione answers.

              Ron looks away and his face turns red.

              "So, Harry, are you nervous about the second task? Did you figure the egg out yet?" you ask.

              "No, I haven't yet," Harry says.

              "Why not yet? The second task is in a few days!" Hermione says.

              "Come on everyone, back to your common room!" Dumbledore says.

              "Well, it looks like I have to go guys," you say.

              "I'll see you tomorrow then y/n," Harry smiles at you.

              "Bye," Hermione says.

              "See you," Ron says.

              You start to walk to your common room. You see Draco start to walk towards you.

              "So, you tell Pottah how you feel about him yet?" Draco asks.

              "No, not yet. I'm too nervous," you answer.

              "What do you even see in him?" Draco asks.

              "He's really funny, he's really nice to me, he's really fun to hang out with, he's honestly really hot. I kind of like how messy his hair is, I like how he's protective of me, and I like the times we hang out together when we're alone," you say.

              You both get to the common room and sit on the leather couch in front of the fore and just sit there and talk.

              "Why do you hang out with those Gryffindorks all the time?" Draco asks.

              "They're really nice," you tell Draco, "You shouldn't make fun of them all the time."

              "I'm a Malfoy. You know that right? Do you know what'll happen to me if I don't stop doing that?"

              "Yeah, I know. You know you can always stay at my house if you want, over the holidays."

              "Thanks but my dad doesn't really like your dad so I don't know if he'd let me."

              "I'm sorry."

              "It's fine. I'm getting used to being pushed around by him."

              You yawn and say, "I'm kind of getting tired."

              "Yeah, me too. Goodnight, see you tomorrow y/n."
