Hit by True Love

Chapter 8

              You and Harry lay down in his bed under the covers with Harry's arm around you. You then wake up and turn to look at the clock and it says it's six o'clock. You then turn to look at Harry and kiss him on the cheek.

              "Harry?" you ask.

              "What is it Darling?" Harry asks in a raspy voice.

              "We need to go," you say.

              "Aww why?" Harry asks.

              "Because it's dinner time. And then me, Hermione, Ginny and Luna have to go dress shopping."

              "Can't we just stay in?"

              "We can't, I'm sorry Baby. I wish we could, but I promised them that I would go dress shopping with them today."

              "Dress shopping? For what?"

              "For the yule ball that's tomorrow. Don't you remember? I'm sure you had a dance practice with the other Gryffindors, at the same time me and the other Slytherins had ours."

              "Holy shit! That's right!"

              "Oh, so you forgot."

              "Uhh, no I didn't. Well, you know what? I have to go see Ron anyway so, why don't we go down to the Great Hall together."

              "Okay. You know you don't have to get worked up about it."

              "Uhh, okay."

              "Well, why don't we go downstairs."

              "Alright."

              You and Harry get dressed and then go downstairs to the Great Hall hand in hand. You get into the Great Hall and walk over to Hermione and Ginny sitting together with Ron across from them at the Gryffindor table.

              "Hey guys," you say to Ron, Hermione and Ginny.

              "Hey y/n. Hey Harry," Hermione says.

              "Hey Harry. Hey y/n," Ginny says.

              "Hey guys," Ron says.

              "Hello guys," Harry says.

              You and Harry sit down at the table and look around to see if Luna is around. You look and you finally find her sitting next to Neville.

              "Oh, hey Luna," you say.

              "Hey y/n," Luna says.

              "Luna, Ginny and y/n, do you want to sit next to each other?" Hermione asks.

              "Sure," you all say together.

              You all stand and you sit next to Luna, and Hermione and Ginny sit together. You al start talking about going dress shopping for the yule ball tomorrow.

              "So, what dressed are you thinking of getting?" Hermione asks all of us.

              "I'm thinking of getting a light blue dress with ruffles and gold stars all over it," Luna says.

              "Ooo, that sounds like it's really pretty," you say.

              "Mom already sent me a dress to wear for the yule ball," Ginny says.
