Sam's POV:

We arrived at the hospital in 4 minutes.

"Where's Victoria!" Dean shouted.

"Room 96 A!" I nurse shouted.

Dean and I ran the hallways till we got to her. She was all busted up. It was bad.

"We are going to take her into surgery soon sir. After surgery you will not be able to see her since its family only." She said.

"We're her brothers." Dean lied.

"Oh I'm so sorry sir but I can tell your not." She said.

"Can you give us a minute?" I asked. She nodded her head and left.

"Victoria you listen to me and you listen closely. I know your afraid. I would be too. But you keep fighting cause that's what we do. Your a hunter and we love you. But if you give up I will not know what to do with myself." Dean said. He started to cry softly and he kissed her hand.

I knelt down next to the bed and grabbed her hand.

"Victoria I need you. If you give up now I'll be devastated. You fight, for Dean and I. I know your brave and that you can get through this." I said. I kissed her hand and the nurse came back in.

"What are you doing surgery on her for?" I asked.

"We are treating her burns, cuts, and she broke her wrist. She was lucky considering all the damage that the car took. We thought it'd be a lot worse. She will be in surgery for about 14 hours so you should go home and get some rest." The nurse said.

"We're not leaving." Dean and I said in unison. We walked into the waiting room.

"Should we call for Cas?" I asked. Dean nodded his head and we walked outside.

"Cas we need you right now. It's Victoria. She's been in a bad accident and Sam and I need you to help her." Dean said. Cas popped up.

"What's wrong with the girl?" Cas asked.

"She was in a car accident. I was a wondering if you could heal her quicker?" Dean asked.

"I'm going to see the girl." Cas said. He closed his eyes tightly.

"I'm so sorry guys. She so injured that not even my powers would help her." He told us. I sighed loudly.

"Dean you should get something to eat. You haven't ate in 8 hours." I told him.

"I'm not hungry." He said. We went back in the emergency room and sat in silence.

5 hours past. Dean still hasn't ate. I went to a vending machine and bought him a bag of chips.

"I'm not hungry." He said. I sighed and are the chips. More hours past. We haven't got a word from any nurses or doctors and Dean still won't eat or sleep.

After 10 more minutes someone came in to talk to us.

"Sam, Dean. I have some good news and some bad news." The doctor said.

"Well what is it?" we asked.

"The good news is that the surgery was a success but she'll have to recover here." The doctor said.

"Sammy. She won't be able to hunt." Dean said.

"She will be in here for about 4 weeks. Then she can go home but we still want her to keep low." The doctor said.

"Can we ever see her?" I asked.

"She's not awake right now but I can sneak you guys in when she's conscious. Don't tell the nurses they'd kill me." The doctor said.

"Thanks doc." Dean said. He nodded his head and left.

"Will you eat now Dean?" I asked.

"I'm not hungry Sammy! Now drop it!" He yelled. I sighed. We waited a good 20 minutes till we got to see her.

"Right this way boys." The doctor said and pointed to the room she was in. She was just waking up. Dean and I pulled chairs on either side of her bed.

She woke up with a jolt.

"Sam, Dean. There coming for me. Watch out. Forget about me and hunt them down." She said.

"Who's coming for you? What's going on?" We asked. she started hyperventilating and her heart rate picked up dangerously fast. A bunch of nurses and doctors ran in here.

"Get them out of here!" One of them shouted. It was like everything was moving so fast but I knew what was going on.

The pushed her to a different room and we're trying to steady her breaths. I heard the heart monitor stop. And they started doing cpr. She was then fully in a different room so I couldn't see her.
